The present invention relates to an electrically conductive flooring coating composition containing a polyethylene glycol type epoxy resin as an essential or main component. In recent years, conductive muff materials and floor coatings have been frequently used for floors in places where static electricity is averse, such as computer rooms and IC assembly factories, and places where explosive gases are used, such as operating rooms. Generally, such conductive materials are made by blending synthetic polymers with carbon black, graphite, metal powder, metal oxide conductive powder, and if necessary, antistatic agents. However, because only functionality such as static electricity prevention or explosion prevention is pursued,
Because the conductive powder contained in the powder exhibits a unique color tone (especially black threads), it has poor cosmetic properties.
The adhesion to the areas that are to be made conductive is insufficient, and as a result, there is a strong tendency for local conductive defects to occur.Furthermore, paints containing large amounts of conductive powder not only lack gloss but also In general, the durability is inferior to that of matte materials, such as a decrease in surface gloss, occurrence of surface stains, decrease in various physical properties of coating material, and accompanying decrease in conductivity. The present invention has been made in the process of researching floor coating layer compositions based on various synthetic resins for the purpose of correcting the above-mentioned conventional defects, and in the course of conducting research on floor coating layer compositions based on various synthetic resins, we happened to apply a specific 11 class epoxy resin to coating floor materials. However, compared to conventional floor coatings, it has better cosmetic properties and
It was found that the present invention has characteristics that were not available in the past, such as uniformity of conductivity, durability, and ease of construction, and the present invention was thus completed. That is, the present invention uses polyethylene glycol derivative type epoxy 4Ma, which has been carefully selected by Samurai among epoxy resins, as an essential component of a composition for conductive flooring, or a polyethylene glycol derivative type epoxy resin and hydroxyl in the structure. The two components of benzoic acid containing one or more groups are essential components of the conductive floor coating composition. Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be explained in detail. The polyethylene glycol type epoxy resin used in the present invention is represented by the following chemical formula, where n is 1
As mentioned above, the curing agent is desirably about 1 to IO, but if the curing agent remains within the above range, the curing agent used for the epoxy resin may be used as is if it is liquid at room temperature, or it may be mixed with an organic solvent if it is solid. Ordinary products can be used by melting. Next, a general epoxy resin can be mixed with the polyethylene glycol type epoxy resin, but in this case, benzoic acid containing one or more hydroxyl groups as described below must be added. As a general epoxy resin, for example, bisphenol A
-Epichlorohydrin resin, novolanoquevoxy resin,
Epoxy resins such as brominated epoxy resins, monogrindyl epoxy resins, polypropylene glycol epoxy resins, aliphatic alcohol epoxy resins, polyfunctional epoxy resins, and ring type epoxy resins are mixed with 100 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol epoxy resins. against, 4
Benzoic acid containing one or more hydroxyl groups is used as an essential component when using a mixed epoxy resin, which can be mixed up to about 0.00 parts by weight (hereinafter, the epoxy resin mixed in the above range is referred to as mixed epoxy resin). refers to a substance in which at least 11111 or more of R and -R in the chemical formula below are hydroxyl groups and the pseudo-hydrogen groups,
For 100 parts by weight of the above mixed epoxy tree J11, 0.
It must be blended in an amount of 1 to IO parts by weight. Such substances include salicylic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, and m-hydroxybenzoic acid. -acid, 2゜5-dihydroxybenzoic acid, 3.5-dihydroxybenzoic acid, 3,
Examples include 4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid a. These mono- to trihydroxybenzoic acids are dissolved in water, alcohol, etc., or blended into the epoxy resin of the present invention in the form of powder. When the amount of epoxy resin other than the polyethylene glycol type epoxy resin in the mixed epoxy resin exceeds 400 parts by weight, the conductivity tends to be extremely reduced. Conductive floor coating compositions composed of such specific components can also contain the pigments and various additives listed below, but when these are normally used in the form of varnish, they comply with JIS K 6911. It has a conductivity with a surface resistance value of about 10 7 Ω measured by a measuring method specified in . This fact has not been achieved with conventional epoxy resins. Based on the above essential components, various conductive pigments and additives can be used in the present invention as described above.For example, as conductive fJN, metal! 9. Pigments include nickel, copper, gold, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.;
Examples of carbon-based materials include graphite, carbon black, or their surfaces treated with metals; examples of metal oxide pigments include zinc oxide, tin oxide, and tin oxide doped with indium oxide or antimony oxide; These include pigments coated on the surface of titanium; reduced titanium oxide pigments; pigments of iodized steel or organic fibers coated with iodized steel. In addition, as additives, general antistatic materials used to prevent static electricity on paint films (e.g., alkylamines, alkylamine E0-added IMs (polyhydric alcohols, aranino-pear surfactants, etc.) have some conductivity. Helps improve sex,
In addition, various pigments used in ordinary paints, extender pigments,
Other fillers can be added in relatively arbitrary amounts as long as they do not impede the object of the present invention or significantly reduce the conductivity, gloss of the coating, etc. In addition, it is desirable that the PVC (pigment volume concentration) of the composition for conductive coating flooring is within 40%, and if the PVC range exceeds 40%, the durability related to maintaining conductivity will be poor. . The present invention is obtained by blending the above-mentioned essential components with pigments and additives as necessary, and its conductive effect is very good as shown in the following examples.

[Experiment Example 2] In Experiment Example 1, instead of the polyethylene glycol type epoxy resin, a mixed epoxy resin consisting of a polyethylene glycol type epoxy resin and an epoxy tree n (Epicoat 828 manufactured by Shell Chemical Co., Ltd.) other than the polyethylene glycol type epoxy resin was used. The resins were used at the mixing ratio shown in Table 1, and a composition for conductive floor coatings containing 100 parts by weight of this mixed epoxy resin and 0.3 parts by weight of salicylic acid was used as the film forming agent. When the surface resistance value was measured in the same manner as in Example 1, the results shown in Table 1 were obtained. (W loading 3) In Experimental Example 2, all polyethylene glycol type epoxy resins were used (unmixed epoxy resin was used, except that 10 parts by weight of ethylene glycol was mixed therein).
A composition was prepared in the same manner as above, and when the surface resistance value was measured, the value showed infinity.
