Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 車体外気の温度を検出する外気温度センサと、 車体外界の瞬間降雨量を検出する両量センサと
、 車両駆動軸の伝達トルクを検出する車軸トルク
センサと、 エンジンのアクセル操作系の途中に介設された
差動器と、 同差動器をスロツトルバルブ閉成方向に差動駆
動するアクチユエータと、 上記外気温度センサの検出値が氷結温度を下回
つた場合に、凍結路面における車種のスリツプ限
界トルク（以下、Ｔｆという）を設定する手段、
上記雨量センサが降雨を検知した場合に、その検
出値に対応した水濡れ路面における車種のスリツ
プ限界トルク（以下、Ｔｒという）を設定する手
段、上記両トルクＴｆ，Ｔｒを対比して低い方の
トルク（以下、低限界トルクという）を選択する
手段、および、上記車軸トルクセンサの検出値と
上記低限界トルクとを対比した上で、該検出値が
上回つた場合に、上記アクチユエータに対して作
動指令する手段とを具えたコンピユータとが形成
されていることを特徴とする自動車車両のスリツ
プ防止装置。
