This is a type of ice crusher that crushes ice with a striking blade and takes it out from a lower discharge port, and is used to obtain relatively large pieces of ice.

ある。 As shown in Figure 5, the general type of ice crusher for crushing blocks of ice is a fixed blade (a) installed on the extension of the front wall of the ice crushing chamber, and a blowing blade (c) installed as shown in the figure. One is for crushing block ice blocks sequentially from the input tip by the rotation of rotor b, and the other is for crushing blocks of ice by installing two rotors with striking blades installed in the crushing chamber at a constant axis spacing. There is one that engages the two and crushes them sequentially from the feeding tip.

る。 These do not pose much of a problem at the initial stage of crushing the block ice, but as the crushing progresses and the block ice becomes smaller and lighter in weight, the impact force of the striking blade causes a phenomenon in which it jumps left and right, front and back, and sometimes even up and down. As a result, an effective crushing action cannot be carried out, which not only reduces efficiency but also produces a large amount of fine crushed ice pieces. This phenomenon is more common when large impact forces are applied using coarsely arranged impact blades in order to obtain relatively large pieces of crushed ice, and the amount of unsuitable pieces generated accounts for 40% of all crushed ice pieces. This makes breaking ice blocks uneconomical.

決することができた。 As a result of various attempts to prevent the aforementioned floating phenomenon of block ice blocks, the present invention has been developed by arranging the striking blades in one or more rows around the outer circumference of the rotor and using a method between the rows to prevent continuous striking. A recess is provided on the outer periphery of the rotor in the striking resting section to form a striking resting section and intermittent striking to allow the striking blade to effectively act on the block ice, and to prevent the ice block from sliding sideways due to the impact force during crushing. The above problem could be solved by forming a ridge and providing a protrusion or protrusion on the ridge.

A chute 4 comprising a receiving part 5 bent to the lower side of the chute 4 is provided, and a discharge port 6 is formed below the receiving part 5.
The rotor shaft 7 is placed above the discharge port 6 and faces the receiving portion 5 at a constant distance, and the rotor 8 is fitted onto the shaft 7 and fixed. Figure 2 shows rotor 8
This figure shows an example, and the outer circumferential surface 9 has 3 to 3 holes arranged at regular intervals in the axial direction according to the size of the crushed ice pieces.
Four arms 10 are protruded to form the first row, and
Similarly, at the target position of the outer peripheral surface 9 displaced by 180°,
Four arms 10' are protruded at positions alternating with those of the first row in the rotational direction to form a second row, and a striking blade 11 is installed in the head of each arm 10, 10' in each row. .

A is formed. In the striking rest area A, a recess 13 is formed leaving a protrusion 12 of an appropriate width behind each arm 10, 10'. In this case, arm 1 of each row
0 and 10' are desirably arranged so as to be shifted, for example, by about 10 points within a range that does not damage the impact resting section A, to avoid excessive loads caused by simultaneous impact.

1. Crush the tip. Since there is a striking pause section A between the next second row of striking blades 11, the ice block x is not continuously struck, but slides into this striking pause section A, and its tip is exposed to the recess 13 and the protrusion 12. Since they come into contact with each other, they are firmly held between the striking blade 11 of the next row and the receiving part 5, and are crushed in a state where they are narrowly struck. Therefore, the ice block x does not fly up due to the impact force, and in this case, the tip of the ice block x has been broken into irregular irregularities by the first impact, so the second impact does not cause the ice block x to fly up. During the subsequent impact, these unevenness and the protrusions 12 on the outer circumferential surface 9 of the rotor 8 interlock in a complex manner, thereby preventing the ice block x from sliding sideways due to the impact force (FIG. 4).

で明らかとなつた。 In this way, even if the ice block x becomes smaller and lighter due to the repeated action of impact crushing, rest, and impact crushing, it will continue to bounce in the ice chamber 2 due to the repulsive force of the impact as described above. Since there is no such thing, it will be crushed in the same way until the end. As a result, experimental results have shown that the generation of inappropriate ice pieces can be reduced to less than half of the conventional rate.

ことができるという優れた効果がある。 As mentioned above, the present invention has a concave shape on the outer circumferential surface of the rotor where no striking blade is present, and a protrusion or protrusion is provided in the concave part to ensure that ice blocks to be crushed can be caught and struck. This has the excellent effect of not only crushing relatively large pieces of ice, such as the size of a chicken egg, into a state with little unevenness, but also suppressing the generation of unsuitable ice pieces to an extremely small amount.
