。Further, the empty containers 1 & were moved largely in the direction of the arrow Y, pushed out in the direction of the arrow Y, and stacked in the stacking section 6. However, in the above configuration, the empty container 1b is
Since the arrangement is such that they are stacked next to the alignment component container 1a, a large space is required. In addition, since a combination of movement of the container 1a in the direction of arrow Y and movement of the transfer unit 4 in the direction of arrow X is required, parts cannot be transferred or supplied during movement of the container 1a. There were many control conditions and complicated equipment.

When the container is held at the unloading and supplying position, the container is lowered to a position where it can be carried out backwards, and these operations are repeated until all the containers have been supplied, the lifter lowers and receives the stacked containers from the supply conveyor again. and,
A drawing section that holds the topmost container and pulls the empty container that has been supplied to the rear and carries it out, and a drawer that stacks the previous empty container on top of this empty container and then lifts it up to secure a space for the next container. The container supply/unloading section and parts transfer/supply section can be separated in a small space, allowing standardization of the container supply/unloading section or combination with various transfer/supply sections. It has the unique effect of simplifying the configuration and making assembly and adjustment easy.

Reference numeral 8 denotes a supply/unloading section, which stores, supplies, and unloads the containers 7, and is composed of the following. 9 is the supply conveyor, container 7
are stored in piles at three locations A, B, and C, and transported in the direction of the arrow. 10 is a lifter that moves up and down in the direction of arrow F, lifts the container 7 from the supply conveyor 9 in the direction of arrow E, and when the uppermost container A is held at position F for taking out and supplying aligned parts, this container is lowered to a position H so that it can be carried out in the direction of arrow G, and this is repeated until all the containers 7 have been supplied to a position F, and then lowered to a position C. Reference numeral 11 denotes a retracting section, which slides in the direction of arrow G 6 toward the baler, receives the container 7 at the top, and moves the container 7 in the direction of arrow G.
is pressed and fixed in position F, and the container 7 that has been supplied is
Pull it in the direction of arrow G to the work position and carry it out. A guide 12 holds the container 7 lifted by the lifter 10 and also regulates it from the side when the container 7 is being drawn in and carried out. 1
3 is a stacking section, where empty containers 7 are carried out to position ■.
After stacking the previous empty container 7, lift it up to secure a space for the next container 7, repeat this process, and stack the empty containers 7 to the work position. In other words, they are piled up above the supply conveyor 9. Further, 14 is a transfer supply section, which sequentially takes out the aligned parts from the container holder fixed at the position F and supplies the parts to an arbitrary position. Transfer supply section 14
is composed of sliders 15, 16, and 17, the slider 15 is placed on the supply/export section 8, the slider 16 is attached to the slider 15, and the slider 17 is attached to the slider 16, respectively, in the J, L direction. Can be moved to any position. Further, numeral 18 is a chuck, which is attached to the bottom of the slider 17 and serves to grip the parts inside the container 7.

Next, the slider 17 of the transfer/supply section 14 descends in the direction indicated by the arrow, the chuck 18 grips the component inside the container T, and the slider 17 ascends in the direction indicated by the arrow. The sliders 15, 16 each move in the direction of arrow J and stop at a predetermined position. Again, the slider 17 descends in the direction of the arrow to feed the parts to a predetermined position, and the chuck 1
8 releases the parts and rises again in the direction of the arrow. The slider 15, 16 is then moved again in the direction of arrow J, causing the chuck 18 to move above the position next to the previously removed part. When the above operations are repeated in sequence and the last component in the container 7 is taken out, the retracting portion 11 moves the empty container 7 in the direction of arrow G 7 .

Next, the previous container 7 is stacked on top of the transported container 7 by the stacking section 13, and the transported container A is lifted together. On the other hand, when the container 7 is pulled into the work position, the lifter 10 rises again in the direction of the arrow E and brings the uppermost container 7 to the position F.
lift up. When the stacking section 13 lifts the container 7, the retracting section 11 moves in the direction of the arrow G, receives the container 7 again, and fixes it at the F position, and the refuku 10 descends to the H position again. The above operation of exchanging the containers 7 is performed while the transfer/supply section 14 is in operation.
