- 流体圧シリンダの移動量を検出する検出手段と
、前記検出手段に接続されて検出手段から入力さ
れる流体圧シリンダの移動量信号を解析し流体圧
シリンダの位置と速度と加速度とをそれぞれ時間
軸との相対関係として演算する処理手段と、前記
処理手段の演算結果を出力表示する表示手段と、
を具備することを特徴とする流体圧シリンダの特
性測定器。
