Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 下部に血液流入口およびその上部に血液流
出口を設けられた血液流槽と、該血液流槽内にあ
つて該血液流入口から血液流出口へ流れる血液流
を横断するとともに互いに実質的に平行に該血液
流槽外まで延びて設けられた内部に熱交換媒体を
通過可能な複数の管体と、該管体の両端部にそれ
ぞれ連通する熱交換媒体の入口および出口と、該
血液流槽の該血液流入口および該血液流出口付近
にそれぞれ設けられた管体に対する血液の通過流
量を相互に略均等化する血液流調整室とからなり
、該血液流槽内の管体は全長にわたつて血液流に
横断されるよう配置されていることを特徴とする
血液用熱交換器。 (2) 血液流槽は、略直方体状の血液収容空間を
有し、複数の管体は前記収容空間を上下に略分割
するよう層状に配設された管体群であり、血液流
調整室は前記管体群によつて略分割形成された収
容空間の上方および下方の空間であり、血液流入
口は血液流調整室の側面に有する実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項に記載の血液用熱交換器。 (3) 各管体の血液流槽内における長さをａとし
、管体群の長手方向に直交する断面内における管
体群の血液の通過方向に沿う長さをｂとし、さら
に断面内における管体群の血液の通過方向に直交
する方向における幅をｃとし、ｂ／ａの比を０．
７〜１．５の範囲とし、かつｃ／ａの比を０．５
〜１．０の範囲とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の血液用熱交換器。
