By the way, in order to introduce the thread into the top hole of the bobbin, as described above, apply suction airflow to the root side of the hollow hole of the bobbin to form a suction airflow in the top hole, cut the thread pulled out in advance, and then insert the thread. It is introduced along with the suction airflow. However, in the top hole, a suction airflow is formed in the expanding direction, but inside the bobbin hollow hole, this suction airflow swirls, and the tip of the introduced thread is free, so The fibers are shaken and rotated by the vortex, or the fibers are untwisted and cut due to ruttering, or the fibers are sometimes separated and scattered, and the fibers are introduced at great length. The force may be shortened or eliminated by the suction airflow. In addition, this suction airflow continuously pulls out the thread together with the opening thread, increasing the amount of waste thread and dragging the tail end of the thread during the next conveyance process, causing various troubles. In order to prevent these, it is necessary to quickly cut off the suction airflow to the lancet and its introduction at the end of the latch introduction. Therefore, conventionally, a special suction airflow opening/closing valve device has been installed to perform the opening/closing operation, but these devices require means for detecting and operating means for the completion of thread insertion and thread introduction, and require large-scale equipment. In addition to this, maintenance and management is also time-consuming. Furthermore, a special thread pull-out prevention device is also required. Further, in the case of means using a tray, it is possible to open and close the suction airflow by moving the tray, but special consideration is required to quickly shut off the suction airflow immediately after the tray starts moving. That is, FIG. 7 (schematic drawing) shows the pipe yarn formed according to the present invention, in which the opening thread 1a of the pipe thread 1 is introduced into the top hole 1b of the bobbin, and the means for doing so is shown in FIG. As shown in the explanatory diagram, a suction airflow is applied to the base side of the bobbin as shown by the two-dot chain line A, and the thread 1a pulled out by the suction airflow formed in the top hole 1b is inserted into the hole of the bobbin for a certain length. It is cut to a length (K) that stays at the same length and introduced along with this suction/suction air flow A'.

On the other hand, the tray shown in FIG. 9 (partially cutaway diagram) is used. That is, the tray 2 forms a base portion 2a having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the inserted tube yarn, and the bobbin receiver forms a stepped portion 2b on the upper central surface of the base portion 2a, and a tube yarn insertion bin 2c is planted in the center of the base portion 2a. In order to pass the suction air flow, a single (as shown) or a plurality of rows of ventilation grooves 2d are formed on the circumferential surface of the pin 2c, and the ventilation grooves 2d are opened at the bottom side of the base portion 2a.

Therefore, the present invention utilizes the above-mentioned tray to insert and transfer the pipe thread, and when introducing the thread at the time of insertion, the suction airflow is quickly cut off at the same time as the tray starts moving, and without using any special front opening/closing means. It is configured to do so. That is, an air intake port is provided corresponding to the recess of the tray waiting at the tube insertion position on the sliding surface of the tray, and the air intake port is formed into a long groove hole along the inner periphery of the recess on the side opposite to the tray movement direction. When the tray is moved, the long slots are quickly closed at the bottom of the base.

The main part of the present invention is utilized in the tube insertion section of the tube insertion device configured as described above. That is, as shown in FIG. 3 (partially enlarged view of FIG. 2), the bypass passage 12 has a tray sliding surface formed entirely on the bottom side).
3 shows a state in which the tray 2 is moved to the tube insertion position by movement of the arrow B in FIG. Note that the tray 2 shown in FIG. 3 has a suction air circulation groove formed in the central axis of the bottle, and an opening provided on the inclined surface at the tip of the bottle.
It can be used in the same way as the tray 2 provided on the outer periphery of the bottle, and a structure in which a plurality of these openings are opened on an inclined surface can also be used in the same manner. In addition, in order to reliably hold and hold the tray sent to the tube insertion position, it is recommended to form and arrange a leaf spring 14 as shown in the figure. When the tray is fed in, it is pushed against the holding biasing force of the leaf spring 14 and sent toward the loading tray transfer path 11b. On the other hand, tray sliding surface 1
2a is formed with an inlet port corresponding to the bottom recess 2c of the tray 2 moored at the tube insertion position, and the inlet port 15 is connected to the fourth inlet port 2a.
