Claims (1)
- 高電圧のかかる絶縁部に対向する位置に発光す
る発光部を設け、前記発光部から投光され絶縁部
で反射された反射光線の光路上の所定の位置に受
光部を設け、前記受光部の受光量の変化と予め設
定した設定値とを比較回路で比較して前記絶縁部
に付着する塵埃を検知することを特徴とする絶縁
部汚損検知装置。
