たゴム系材料からなるガスケツトと、上記ガスケ
ツトの上記モジユールと接する部分に接着された
プラスチツク材料からなるスライドブレードと、
上記第2の面あるいは第3の面のいずれか一方の
側に設けた冷却空気供給用のフアンとで構成した
