の面と直角をなす第２の面及び上記第２の面と相
対する第３の面には通風孔を有する箱状のシヤー
シと、上記第２の面と直角方向に移動でき、上記
シヤーシの内側に上記通風孔を塞ぐように配置さ
れ、かつ、中央には開口部を有し、さらに上記モ
ジユールの端面と適合する溝部が形成されたガイ
ドプレートと、上記シヤーシと上記ガイドプレー
トの間に上記ガイドプレートが上記第２の面に対
し直角方向に押し出すことができるように設けた
楔型クランプと、金属薄板を波状に成形してなる
冷却フインを用いることにより通風ダクトとなる
間隙が設けられたヒートデシペータに対し、その
両面にプリント基板が接着されたモジユールと、
上記ガイドプレートのガイド部をおおうように設
けられ、かつ、一部にはひだ状の突起を有するゴ
ム系材料からなるガスケツトとで構成したことを
