せて該小内径部下端を閉塞する底壁4に透孔5を
穿設させた容器本体1と、該容器本体筒部2の下
端部外面に周壁7を嵌着させて該周壁下面に張設
された第2底壁8と上記透孔5とで吐出弁を形成
させ、かつ第2底壁8から注出筒9を下方へ垂設
させた弾性変形可能なノズル部材6と、上記容器
本体筒部の上端開口を横設板11で閉塞させると
共に該横設板中心に作動杆挿通孔を穿設させた筒
部閉塞部材10と、上記挿通孔に摺動自在に貫通
させた摺動杆16下端に上記小内径部3とほぼ同
径の押圧部17を付設させると共に摺動杆上端に
指当て部18を付設させた作動部材15と、上記
筒部閉塞部材10と指当て部との間に介装させた
作動部材に押上げ用スプリング20と、上記容器
本体の筒部内に位置させた水平板部22外周縁か
ら上外方へ起立させた第1テーパ壁23上端縁を
筒部内壁面に、かつ水平板部22内周縁から上内
方へ起立させた第2テーパ壁24上端縁を摺動杆
16外面に、それぞれ水密に圧接させた弾性変形
可能な負圧化防止部材21とからなり、上記指当
て部押下げによる押圧部18の下降により小内径
