おいて、十分に大きな電気容量を有する導電体を
前記フレームから被載置部材に向かつてまたは被
載置部材からフレームに向かつて突設し、この導
電体の先端と被載置部材またはフレームとをアー
スストラツプ線によつて接続し、フレームおよび
被載置部材を共通体とすることを特徴とする自動
