Baked and steamed confections that are baked into a spongy shape using the bubble properties of foam materials are baked or steamed in baking molds made from cakes and paper cases. As shown in FIG. 1, this paper case 1 has numerous small round holes 2 for venting gas to prevent the gas generated when baking cakes from accumulating between the paper case and the sponge 3. It's dawning.

However, when the cake starter is inserted through the straight hole 2, the cake starter oozes out from the small hole 2, and as shown in Figure 2 a and b, this ooze swells when the cake is baked. A pine room-shaped protrusion 4 is generated from the small hole 2. When such protrusions are formed, it is good to remove the paper case and decorate on top of it, such as in the case of shortcakes, but in the case of cutlet cakes, etc., the paper case is sold with the paper case attached, which makes it look unattractive. When removing the paper case from the sponge, there were disadvantages in that a large amount of sponge adhered to the paper case, the mold for making holes was expensive, and workability was poor.

This invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its feature is that elongated fragments with hole edges protrude from one side of the paper sheet, creating gas vent holes that prevent cake seeds from leaking. To provide a paper case for confectionery which eliminates protrusion from the gas vent hole of the cake.

As shown in FIG. 3, the paper case 11 for confectionery of this invention has a wedge-shaped elongated protrusion 13 on its surface at a position where its peripheral surface joins an elastic roller 12 such as rubber or sponge, as shown in FIG. By disposing perforating rollers 14 that protrude at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, and passing the paper case material 15 between them, the protrusions 13 form holes on one side of the material as shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b. A broken piece 16 at the edge of the hole is peeled out into a long, thin piece, and a hole 17 for venting gas is formed in the center.

Using the paper case material 15 with the gas vent holes 17 formed in this manner, a cup-shaped paper case 18 is formed with the torn pieces 16 facing inside as shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b.

Even if the cake starter 19 is placed in the cup-shaped paper case 18 having the above-described structure, the gas venting hole 17 has the elongated broken piece 16 that protrudes inside the paper case.
is a self-closing valve shape that allows gas to pass through but does not allow the cake layer 19 to pass through. During the baking process, the cake layer expands due to the foaming properties of the foaming material such as yeast, and the above-mentioned inward direction As shown in FIGS. 6a to 6c, the broken pieces 16 that have become The stop valve action prevents the cake from sticking out, and as shown in Figure 7, the cake seeds do not stick out through the holes drilled in the paper case, unlike in the past, as shown in Figure 7.
A nice-looking cupcake A is baked.

FIG. 8 shows another embodiment for making a paper case of this invention, in which a hook-like protrusion 20 is attached to a paper case material 15.
Insert it from one side, make a hole 21 with the elongated fragment 16 on the other side, and then insert the end 22 of the halberd tip.
Then, the gas vent hole 21 may be formed by turning the broken piece 16 over to one side as shown by the dashed line. In this way, it is possible to make holes of the same shape even if the elastic roller is no longer used. FIG. 9 shows an example in which the elongated gas vent hole 22 is formed with a wedge-shaped protrusion. If a vertical cut a is formed at both ends of the hole 17 or 22 as shown by the broken line in the figure, gas venting can be achieved. can be done even more easily.

As mentioned above, this idea makes a broken piece of the hole edge protrude from one side of the paper sheet to form a long and narrow gas vent hole that prevents cake seeds from leaking out, thereby eliminating the cake protruding from the gas vent hole. When the cake batter is baked or steamed, gas generated due to the foaming properties of the foamed material contained in the cake can escape, but the cake batter can escape through these pores due to the self-closing valve action of the broken pieces. Even if it is baked in a spongy shape, there is no protrusion beyond the holes, so it looks good, there is no need to remove the protrusion, and the paper liner can be easily peeled off. It also has advantages such as being able to be constructed at low cost.
