  1. 断面コの字状に成形された板状部材からなる放
    熱器のほぼ中心部に半導体素子が取付けられてな
    る放熱器付き半導体装置の複数個が、取付板に取
    付けられて構成された半導体装置構体において、
    前記複数個の放熱体付半導体装置は、前記取付板
    の両面に互いに相対向する形で取付けられている
    ことを特徴とする半導体装置構体。
