    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 放熱板と、この放熱板の一面上に配置された半
    導体素子と、この半導体素子を放熱板に押し付け
    た押し付け板とを備え、前記押し付け板は、中部
    に半導体素子への当接部を有し両側に放熱板の他
    面に係合する係合部を有し、前記放熱板の押し付
    け板の係合部が係合する部分は半導体素子とは反
    対側に突出させた半導体装置。
