) to form. Here, as the heat-resistant fibers, glass fibers, synthetic fibers such as polyimide, asbestos, etc. are used. Moreover, gold, silver, copper, etc. are used as the metal of the metal plating layer (3). The insulating layer (4) is formed of a synthetic resin such as phenol resin, polyester, or polyethylene, or a face-treated material of synthetic resin such as phenol resin, polyester, or polyethylene, or a silicone resin. In the present invention, heat-resistant fibers plated with metal are used as conducting wires, and are wound in a predetermined amount at a predetermined location in the same way as in the conventional method. This is to form a child winding (6). The pond portion is constructed in the same manner as a conventional inductance device and constitutes a predetermined electric circuit.
