Moreover, gold, silver, copper, etc. are used as the metal of the metal plating layer (3). The insulating layer (4) is formed of a synthetic resin such as phenol resin, polyester, or polyethylene, or a face-treated material of synthetic resin such as phenol resin, polyester, or polyethylene, or a silicone resin. In the present invention, heat-resistant fibers plated with metal are used as conducting wires, and are wound in a predetermined amount at a predetermined location in the same way as in the conventional method. This is to form a child winding (6). The pond portion is constructed in the same manner as a conventional inductance device and constitutes a predetermined electric circuit.
