Conventional technology The interior and exterior walls of buildings are often made of Rihartport, asbestos slate, silicon calboard, etc., which have been available in recent years. These boards are usually painted after being used because the materials themselves lack aesthetic appeal and durability such as water resistance.

Furthermore, for continuous production within a factory, the paint must be quick-drying. In other words, productivity in the case of firing-type paints depends on the flash-off of the solvent used to cure the paint and the length of the firing booth, but productivity in the case of room-temperature drying paints, especially water-based paints, is Therefore, securing the space necessary for drying (long conveyor line or large area) is a major problem. In order to minimize this drying area,
It is desirable that paints dry as quickly as possible without compromising other properties. In addition, quick drying is desired from the viewpoint of ease of maintaining the shape of the pattern applied to the coating film and ease of forming the pattern.

However, if the paint dries too quickly, the coating workability (suitability for roll coating, suitability for circulation of ATI+ within the roll coater) will decrease, and the smoothness of the coating film will also decrease, so drying performance is an important factor. .

(Example of Pattern Formation) A pattern was formed on a base plate using the apparatus shown in FIG. The paint was supported on the base plate, and a pattern roll was installed on the base plate. The base plate or pattern roll was moved in parallel. The thickness of the mold is 0.2mm±0.1mm for the four parts, and 5mm for the convex part.
Embossing was possible with an accuracy of ±1 mm7. The conveyor speed and roll speed of the base plate were both 15 m/min.

From the test results, it can be seen that the more coarse the pigment, the worse the roll coater suitability and the circulation within the roll coater, and the more fine the pigment, the worse the shape retention. Furthermore, if the hydroxycellulose derivative is too large, suitability for a roll coater and circulation within the roll coater will be poor, and conversely, if the polyalkylene glycol ether is too large, shape retention will be poor. Viscosity is 3000p

Effects of the Invention The present invention can provide a paint having a viscosity suitable for painting workability by using a vehicle containing two kinds of special thickeners for emulsion resin. Furthermore, by blending fine pigments and coarse pigments in a specific ratio, coating workability can be adjusted to a more appropriate range. The paint of the present invention is a paint that has improved quick-drying properties and pattern-forming properties while maintaining conventional coating performance.
