開させた状態で埋設して成ることを特徴とする角

に立上り片が外方へ倒れるとこの部分から雨水が
こぼれる欠点があつた。本発明は上記欠点解消を

緩傾斜片5を延出し、該緩傾斜片5の上端縁より
上方に向けてやや外方へ傾き加減に立上り片6を
立設し、立上り片6の上端縁には耳部7を設けて
ある。この角樋体1の両コーナー部2〔緩傾斜片
5付近〕に、角樋体1の長手方向に沿つて、ばね
性を有する断面略U字状の弾性薄板片3を強制的
に拡開した状態でインサートとして埋設してあ
る。この弾性薄板片3は、例えば金属製ばね板や
ナイロン、ポリカーボネイト、FRP等の合成樹
脂の薄板により形成されるものであり、鋸乃至鋏
で容易に切断されるような厚さとし、例えば金属
製ばね板の場合には0.1m/m〜0.15m/mの厚さと
してある。この角型軒樋は、例えば押出成形法に
より成形されるものであるが、その場合には弾性
薄板片3を拡開しながら押出成形機のダイのニツ
プルから押出し、同時にクロスヘツドから溶融プ
ラスチツクを押出して角樋体を成形する方法が考
えられる。このように角樋体1のコーナー部2に
弾性薄板片3を埋設してあるから、弾性薄板片3
の弾性的保形力により立上り片6が外方へ倒れる
ことが阻止されるが、更に弾性薄板片3を拡開し
た状態でコーナー部2に埋設してあるので、立上
り片6が弾性薄板片3の復元力により内方へ付勢

ができ、効果的に立上り片の倒れを防止すること
