熱する冷凍ユニツトとを備え、この冷凍ユニツト
は第1凝縮器兼蒸発器と、第2凝縮器兼蒸発器と
、第1凝縮器兼蒸発器と第2凝縮器兼蒸発器を連
通し、内部に冷媒を入れた管路と、この管路に設
置されたコンプレツサと、このコンプレツサのあ
る側の前記管路に設置され、管路内の冷媒が第1
凝縮器兼蒸発器から第2凝縮器兼蒸発器へ、又は
第2凝縮器兼蒸発器から第1凝縮器兼蒸発器へ流
れるように切換える切換弁とを有するとともに、
第1凝縮器兼蒸発器中を前記導管が通るようにな
つており、また熱交換器を有し、内部に水を入れ
た循環管路を、該水が前記冷凍ユニツトの管路内
冷媒と間接的に熱交換されるように第2凝縮器兼
蒸発器中を通して設けたことを特徴とする冷暖房
