Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、複写機等においてドラムに感光体フィルムを
巻き付ける方法に関する。
〔従来技術〕
複写機等における感光ドラムは、従来ドラムの表面に直
接ＯＰＣコーティングをなしていたが。
コーティングの基質を含むドラムそのものが重量物で取
扱いが困難であることから、この方法は小型のドラムに
適してい友。
一方、上記感光ドラムの問題を解決するため。
ドラムに感光体フィルムを巻き付ける方法が実施されて
いる。この方法の第１の従来例は、１１７図に示すよう
に、ドラム１０表面にドラム１０軸線２と平行なりｇ溝
４を設け、Ｖｌ！１１４の一方の壁面６Ｐｃ複数のビン
８を植設し、感光フィルム１０の一縁端部に適した穴１
２をビン８に係合させ、次に、該フィルムｌＯをドラム
１に巻き付け、−１該フイルムの他縁端部をｖＷｉ溝４
の他方の壁面１２に両面テープ１６）（より貼着した後
Ｖ型溝４を蓋部材１８によって塞ぐことによって構成さ
れる。
ドラムに感光体フィルムを巻き付ける方法の第コの従来
例は、第１の例と同じようにドラムの表面にドラムの軸
線と平行な多少浅いＶ型溝を設け。
該ＶＪＥｌ溝の一方の壁面に１！数のビンと複数のフッ
ク部材を取付け、−万感光フイルムの対向する縁端部に
複数の係合穴を設け、ドラムに巻き付けた感光フィルム
の上記保合孔を上記ビン及びフック部材に係合させるこ
とＫよって構成される。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
上述のドラムに感光体フィルムを巻き付ける方法は、ド
ラムの構造が複雑になりコストが上るだけでなく、感光
体フィルムをドラムに一定の張力をもって巻き付けるこ
とが困難であシ、場合によっては感光体フィルムにシワ
が現われる問題があシ、この問題は特に大型の感光ドラ
ムを形成する場合に顕著となる。
また、上記方法においては、ドラムの重量バランスが錦
によってくずされるため、バランス保持のためバランサ
ーを取付けたシ、特別の形状にすること等が要求されて
いた。
本発明は従来のドラムに感光体フィルムを巻き付ける方
法の上記問題に鑑みなされたものであって、感光体フィ
ルムをドラムに適度な張力をもって容易に巻き付けるこ
とかでき、かつドラムの重量バランスを容易に保持する
ことができる。ドラムに感光体フィルムを巻き付ける方
法を提供することを目的とする。
〔発明の構成〕
本発明は上記目的を達成するため以下に示す通シ構成さ
れる“。すなわち、本発明は、感光体フィルムの両側の
継ぎ台用綴部を熱収縮性フィルムを介して結合すること
Ｋよプ筒状にして該感光体フィルムをドラムに巻き付け
、続いて熱収縮性フィルムを加熱して収縮させるととＫ
よシ感光体フィルムをドラムに遊びなく巻き付けること
によって構成される。
また、本発明の実施態様の一つは、上記感光９体フィル
ムと熱収縮性フィルムとを両面粘着によって結合す蟇。
〔実施例〕
本発明の実施例は、第Ｊ図に示すようＩＩｃ、　ｌ”９
ム３０を軸線３２を中心とする線対称に構成する。
続いて、ド〉ム３０）Ｃ感光体フィルム３６を巻き付け
たときできる縁端間隔ムよシも大きい幅に切シ堆った熱
収縮性フィルム３８の対向する縁端部に両面粘着テープ
４０を貼着する。次に、第２図に示すように、熱収縮性
フィルム３８の一緑端部に貼着された両面粘着テープ４
０に、感光体フィルム３６の一緑端部を重ねて貼着し、
一体化した熱収縮性フィルム３８と感光体フィルム３６
をドラム３００所定位置に巻き付けた後、熱収縮性フィ
ルム３８の他の縁端部の両面粘着テープ４０に感光体フ
ィルム３６の他の縁端部を重ねて貼着する。との貼着作
業は、感光体シイルム３６がドラム３０に軽く巻き付く
程度の注意をもって行えばよい。
次ｋ、例えばヘアードライヤーによシー収縮性フィルム
３８に熱風を吹付けることによシー収縮性フィルム３８
を収縮させると感光体フィルム３６が適当な張力をもっ
てドラム３０に巻き付く。
他の実施例として、両面粘着チーｆ４０を最初に感光体
フィルムの両縁端部に貼着してもよいし、また、熱収縮
性フィルム３８を感光体フィルムの外側に貼着してもよ
い。
〔効果〕
本発明は上述の如く構成されるから、感光体フィルムを
ドラムに一定の張力をもって容易に巻きつけることがで
き、またドラムは単に円柱形でよいから工作し易い簡易
な形状にして重要バランスを保持することができる効果
を有する。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）感光体フィルムの両側の継ぎ目用縁部を熱収縮性
    フィルムを介して結合することにより筒状にして該感光
    体フィルムをドラムに巻き付け、続いて熱収縮性フィル
    ムを加熱して収縮させることにより感光体フィルムをド
    ラムに遊びなく巻き付けることを特徴とするドラムに感
    光体フィルムを巻き付ける方法。
  2. （２）上記感光体フィルムと熱収縮性フィルムとを両面
    粘着テープによつて結合する特許請求の範囲第１項に記
    載のドラムに感光体フィルムを巻き付ける方法。
