- 半導体樹脂封止プレスのベツドフレームに取付
けたエジエクトピンを取付台に取付けた下部本体
と、該下部本体に嵌脱自在に装嵌され、かつ金型
寸法に適合する高さをもたせたキヤツプ部とによ
つて構成したことを特徴とする半導体樹脂封止プ
レスにおけるエジエクター。
