(Prior Art) Conventionally, in order to attach a sash frame 1 made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy to a mounting opening 2 of a building a, a temporary opening of the mounting opening 2 of the building a is generally installed, as shown in FIG. Attachment body 3 such as reinforcing bars or differential bars protruding from the periphery of 2a
After that, the space between the temporary opening 2a and the sash frame 1 is hardened and closed with mortar 2b, etc. to complete the mounting opening 2, and the anchor 4 is buried together with the mounting body 3. That's what I do.

However, the mounting body 3 and the anchors 4 are made of different metals such as reinforcing bars from the sash frame 1, and the anchors 4 are fixed to the sash frame 3 by electric welding, so the sash frame 1 is in direct contact with the sash frame 1. When this happens, contact corrosion occurs due to electrochemical action based on the potential difference between the two metals, and the sash frame 1
will be electrolytically eroded.

For this reason, conventionally, in order to cut off electrical continuity between the anchor 4 and the sash frame 1, an insulating material 5 has been applied to the sash frame attachment fitting portion 4a of the anchor 4, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, for example. Various efforts were made, such as attaching it to the surface.

By the way, in order to electrically weld the anchor 4 to the mounting body 3, the anchor 4 must be grounded, but since a large number of anchors 4 are required to attach one sash frame 1, as mentioned above, If the electrical continuity between the anchors 4 and the sash frame 1 is interrupted, each anchor 4 must be grounded, resulting in a problem that the efficiency of the welding work will be significantly reduced.

To solve this problem, as shown in FIG. 4(A), a part of the upper surface of the sash frame attachment fitting part 4a of one of the anchors 4 is exposed, and one end of the metal piece 6 is welded to the exposed part. The base end of a conductive piece 7 is rotatably attached to the other end of the metal piece 6, and the tip of the conductive piece 7 is crimped to the sash frame 1 to conduct the entire anchor 4 through the sash frame 1. The conductive piece 7 is rotated and separated from the sash frame 1 to cut off electrical continuity between the sash frame 1 and the anchor 4 after the welding work is completed. Figure (b)
As shown in the figure, metal screws 8 and 8' are screwed into the anchor 4 and the sash frame 1, and both screws 8 and 8' are connected with a conductive wire 9 to make the sash frame l and the anchor 4 electrically conductive, and then welded. After the work, either one of the screws 8 or 8' can be removed (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-13332), or as shown in Fig. After connecting all the anchors 4 with a single iron wire 10 with a diameter of 2 to 3+ m to make them electrically conductive and fixing them to the mounting body 3, the iron wires 10 are buried together with the anchors 4 using mortar 2b, etc. 52-14540) has been proposed.

(Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention) However, the anchors shown in FIGS. 4(a) and 4(b) described above have more parts than conventional anchors.
Since the structure is complicated, the cost is high, and furthermore, after welding work is completed, the conductive pieces must be rotated one by one, or the screws on one side must be removed one by one, which is a hassle. Moreover, in the case shown in FIG. 5, since the iron wire serving as the conductive wire is fixed to the anchor by welding, there is a problem in that it takes time and effort to attach it.

(Example) 11 is an anchor for fixing the sash frame, and the anchor 1
Sash frame mounting fitting portions 12.12 are formed at both ends of 10, and an insulating material 13.13 made of a resin material such as vinyl chloride, nylon, or rubber is adhered to the fitting portions 12.12. There is. Further, in the center of one side edge of the anchor 11 in the longitudinal direction, there is formed a fixing mounting piece 14 that is raised substantially vertically and is fixed to a mounting body such as a reinforcing bar or a rebar by electric welding. Further, the mounting piece 14 is located between the tex frame mounting fitting portions 12, 12 on the other side edge of the anchor 11, and at a position away from the position facing the mounting piece 14. A conductive wire attachment portion 16 for attaching a conductive wire 15 for grounding is formed to stand up substantially vertically.

In this example, an aluminum wire with a diameter of 2 to 3 mm was used as the conductive wire 15. As a result, the conductive wire 15 is fitted or wrapped around a large number of anchors 11 attached around the sash frame to connect all the anchors 11 and make them electrically conductive, and after welding work, the same as before. The conductive wire 1
However, since the conductive wire 15 is an aluminum wire material with low electrical resistance on the surface, it is electrolytically corroded by the electrochemical action based on the potential difference with the anchor 11 formed of iron or the like, and finally Therefore, even if the conductive wire 15 comes into contact with the sash frame during burying, electrical continuity is broken due to the breakage, and corrosion of the sash frame is prevented.

Furthermore, in the embodiment, since the fixing mounting piece 14 is formed at the center of one side edge of the anchor away from the sash frame mounting fitting part 12.12, the sash frame mounting fitting part 12.12 cannot be heated to such a high temperature. Therefore, as an insulating material that adheres to the core, a resin material such as chlorinated nail, which is inexpensive and has a high insulating effect, can be used, although it has relatively low heat resistance.

(Effects of the present invention) As described above, according to the present invention, a sash frame made of aluminum or aluminum alloy is attached to a mounting body made of different metals such as reinforcing bars or crossbars buried in the periphery of the mounting opening of building a. In the anchor for fixing the sash frame, a sash frame mounting fitting part is formed at both ends of the anchor, an insulating material is applied to the fitting part, and a sash frame mounting fitting part is formed on one side edge of the anchor to the mounting body. A fixing mounting piece is formed to be fixed by electric welding, and the anchor is provided with a conductive wire for grounding the mounting piece at a position that does not come into contact with the sash frame when the conductive wire is attached to the sash frame. Since the conductor wire attachment part is formed, the conductor wire can be easily fixed by fitting or wrapping it into the conductor wire attachment part without welding, thus making it possible to install it at the factory stage. Together with this, work efficiency on site can be significantly improved. Further, since the manufacturing process of the anchor according to the present invention is the same as the normal anchor manufacturing process except for the treatment of the insulating portion, it can be provided at low cost without particularly increasing the cost.
