ば金属製のビスを挿入して固定するようにすれ
ば、クランプ部品としてはビスのみでよく、安価
で、また固定はビスを螺着させるのみでよいから
作業性がよく、さらにその固定も強固で、電線の
長さ方向（軸方向）にも引抜けることがなく、ま

方向に適宜間隔をおいてその表裏に貫通する取付
用穴５，５……が穿設されている。この場合、車
体側に溶接ナツトまたはバーリング穴などを設け
