部品、４は半田、５は締付ねじ、６はバネ座金、
７はナツト、１１，２１は混成集積回路基板、１
２，２２は凹部、３１はハーメチツク端子、３２
はスリーブ、３３，８２はスペーサ、３４は結合
リング、８１は絶縁された端子、８３はＯリング
状のシールド編組線、８２１は段付部、８２２は
座ぐり、８２３は孔、をそれぞれ示す。

- マイクロ波モジユール間の接続構造において、
前記モジユール間の接続に絶縁された端子が取着
されてなる円筒形部品の両端に、Ｏリング状に形
成したシールド編組線を介在せしめたことを特徴
とするモジユール接続部の構造。
