第１図はこの考案の一実施例による内部減速ス
タータの前半部断面図、第２図は第１図の―
線に沿つた断面拡大図、第３図はこの考案による
他の実施例を示す内部減速スタータの要部断面図
、第４図は第３図の矢視によつた外観要部図、
第５図は従来装置を示す要部断面図である。 図において、２，５５は直流電動機、６，５９
は回転子、９，６０はシヤフト、１０，６３は平
歯車、１４，７２はピニオン軸、４０，５３は内
部減速型スタータ、４１，６６は内歯々車装置、
４２，６７は内歯々車、４５はボス部材、６９は
中間ブラケツトである。尚、図中同一符号同一ま
たは相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 原動機軸と出力軸との間に歯車減速装置が
備えられ、この歯車減速装置に内歯々車が配設さ
れた内部減速型スタータにおいて、上記内歯々車
を機械構造用合成樹脂材で構成し、この内歯々車
の外周に嵌合装着される金属板部板のプレス加工
材よりなる椀形のボス部材を備え、このボス部材
に軸受装置を配設したことを特徴とする内部減速
型スタータ。 (2) 内歯々車の突歯の外側面に凹溝を設け、こ
の凹溝に嵌合する突条をボス部材に設けたことを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
内部減速型スタータ。 (3) 内歯々車の側端面でボス部材との間の凹凸
嵌合構成がなされたことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の内部減速型
スタータ。 (4) 金属板部材は軟鋼板であることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項のう
ちの何れかに記載の内部減速型スタータ。
