Abstract

PURPOSE:To aim at simplifying the arrangement of a scroll type fluid machine, by providing flanged pin cranks each having upper and lower thrust bearings provided with radial bearings, between a turning scroll base plate and a casing at several positions to prevent the revolution and thrust load of the turning scroll. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 5 provided with a crank shaft 5a is rotatably journalled to the center section of a casing 2 connected to the lower section of a stationary scroll 1 by means of bearings 3, 4. Further, a turning scroll 6 is rotatably and movably in the axial direction thereof fitted onto the crank shaft 5a through the intermediary of a needle bearing 7. Further, flanged pin cranks 9 are arranged to be opposed one and another at several positions between the lower surface of base plate 6a of the turning scroll 6 in the vicinity of the outer periphery thereof, and the inner wall of the casing 2, and thrust bearings 10 provided with radial bearings are attached to both flange surfaces of each crank pin. ロールのスラスト荷重をピンクランクおよびケーシング
により支持させる如くしたことを特徴とする、スクロー
ル形流体機械。
