一方向ベアリングのケーシングを形成する円筒
型外筒体1と、該外筒体1の開放端に嵌まる嵌合

外筒体1の内面には、そこに数箇所形成された突
条3に適合する凹部4を周面に設けた中介環5が
嵌合し、該中介環5はその内側に形成した多角形
内面6と相補的外形を有するように前記嵌合部材
2の内端に一体に突設された多角形枠部7と嵌合
する。該多角形枠部7内には周方向に所要の間隔
を存して、複数のローラ9を緩く挿入する間隙8
と、多角形枠部7の間隙8に面した切欠10を設
け、ローラ押ばね11を嵌める。したがつて嵌合
部材2にローラ9等を組込むだけでベアリング機
能を果す。12は外筒体1の解放端フランジ部1
b部に突設した係合主段としての係止爪で、嵌合
部材2の係止孔13に入り端面に係止し、嵌合部
材2を固定する。この作用を円滑に行なうため、
係止爪12は外筒体1に切込14,14′を施し

みできるから組立て操作が非常に容易かつ能率的
に行われ、組立費を著しく低減化でき、しかも従
来のもののように過剰な精度を必要としない。又
外筒体1は相手部材2に嵌合するだけで良いか
ら、顧客の注文に応じて外筒体1を任意の形状に
形成でき、従来のように完成したベアリングに、
別部材を改めて装着する製造方式をとる必要もな
いのでコスト低減に寄与し、また外筒体1以外は
共通であるので量産、保管がきくから汎用性があ
る。従つて本考案によれば面倒な手順を踏まなく
ても容易に組立てられ、しかも嵌合部材2と複数
のローラ9は一体組込構成を有するから軸15に
対する心出しも必ず正確に行なわれ、また外筒体
1と嵌合部材2は係合手段で一体化しているため
爾後、容易に分解でき部品交換や保守取扱い上著
