Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a wire to be smoothly delivered in welding in a coil-like welding wire by constituting a bundling member from a heat contracted synthetic resin film or band having 30-400mu of thickness and 10mm or more of width. CONSTITUTION:A heat contracted synthetic resin film 2 or band like polyethylene having 30-400mu of thickness and 10mm or more of width is used for bundling a welding wire 1. Thus, the stepwise drop of wire 1 is eliminated and further can be smoothly delivered in welding. Also, since the heat contracted polyethylene film 2 fixes the wire 1, a spool can be omitted to reduce cost and resources.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] "Industrial Application Field" The present invention relates to improving the bundling of welding wires used in automatic or semi-automatic welding, and involves adding a device to the wire fixing means when winding the wire. This reduces the amount of wire biting and dropping two steps, and also eliminates the need for a spool, reducing costs.

The purpose is to provide welding wire that saves resources.

``Prior Art'' Conventionally, welding wires are often wound around synthetic resin spools in an aligned or twisted manner as shown in FIG. 1°6φ is the mainstream, and the winding shape is 10kg or 20kg on a spool made of synthetic resin such as ABS resin or old PS resin.
It is rolled up in the form of kg.

"Problems to be Solved by the Invention" As mentioned above, in the conventional method, the stress at the time of wire rewinding is added and stress is applied to the entire flange of the spool, which causes the flange to expand. There were many cases where the wire got stuck and fell one step. However, it is difficult to reuse the spool after use due to the flange expansion, deformation, staining, etc., and the spool is disposed of.

即ち、使用後の処理に問題があった。That is, there was a problem in processing after use.

Furthermore, the wire binding shown in FIG. 3 was not sufficient to secure the wires, and the wires were disordered.

``Means for Solving the Problems J'' In view of the above-mentioned conventional situation, the present invention uses a heat-shrinkable synthetic resin film or band such as polyethylene to bind the wires, as shown in FIG. However, by setting the thickness and width within appropriate ranges, there is no step drop in the wire, and smooth wire delivery is possible during welding.
In addition to making it possible to obtain welding wire, it became possible to omit the problematic spool.

``Example'' and ``Function'' As an example of the present invention, Table 1 shows the thickness and width of the film used to bundle welding wires of 1° and 2φ, the fixed number, and the experimental results. After binding the welding wires, constant vibration was applied to the wires for 30 minutes, and this experiment was repeated five times. In addition, when using a plastic band, an experiment was conducted under almost the same conditions as in Table 1, and the results were almost the same.

(1) As a binding member, it can be used to prevent wires from being scratched and to sufficiently secure the wires.
A synthetic resin film and band such as polyethylene resin were used.

In the case of a film, the wire is fixed by wrapping the film around the wire after rewinding and heating it, and in the case of a band, it is made to stick by rubbing itself together. I decided to fix the wire.

(2) If the thickness of the band is less than 30 μm, even if shrinkage occurs, the strength of the band itself will be weak, and the wire will not be able to be fixed sufficiently, causing the wire to fall off and the wire to become disordered. In addition, when the thickness of the band is 400μ or more, the heating temperature of the film becomes high and the heating time becomes long, which causes problems such as a long friction time and difficulty in removing the film during use. be.

従って厚さは30μから400μの間が適当である。Therefore, the appropriate thickness is between 30μ and 400μ.

(3) If the width is less than 10W, the contact area with the wire will be small, so the effect of fixing the wire will be reduced.)
Therefore, it is preferable to have 10 cranes or more.

(4)固定位置は、ワイヤの段落ちがなく、十分に固定

(4) At the fixing position, the wire must be tied in at least three places to ensure sufficient fixation without dropping the wire. That is, when the band is tied at two locations, the supported portions are diagonal, so the fixing force of the band is not spread throughout the band, which causes the wire to become disordered.

According to the above experimental results, the binding member of the present invention was made to have a thickness of 30 μm to 400 μm and a width of 10 μm or more.

"Effects of the Invention" The present invention improves wire bundling and adds innovation to the wire fixing means when winding the wire, thereby reducing the chance of the wire digging in and falling 9 steps, making it possible to smoothly unwind the wire during welding. In addition to being able to obtain welding wire,
By fixing the wire with a heat-shrinkable film, the spool can be omitted, resulting in great effects such as cost reduction and IS savings.
