Fig. 1.2 shows a conventional example. In Fig. 1, the wire harness W is placed in a protective frame P molded with resin in advance, and the wire harness W is bundled with a tape T in order to maintain the desired bent shape of the wire harness. In Fig. 2, the wire harness W is placed in a mold (not shown), and a protective cover P' made of a synthetic resin material is provided thereon.
, P' maintains the desired wiring shape of the wire harness and thereby protects the wire harness at the core.

However, in the example shown in Fig. 1, in addition to putting the wire harness W into the protective frame P, it is necessary to wrap tape to fix the protective frame P to the wire harness W, and the number of parts is large. This has the disadvantage that the work becomes complicated, and in the example shown in FIG. 2, mold equipment is required.

The present invention has been made by focusing on the drawbacks of the prior art, and the wire harness is bound into a desired wiring shape using a tape impregnated with or coated with thermosetting or ultraviolet curable synthetic resin. By adopting a method of curing the synthetic resin using electromagnetic wave treatment such as
A desired assimilated shape is imparted to the wire.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the tape T' used in the present invention, ff, It
A coating layer 2 of a di-curable resin such as an epoxy resin is provided on the surface of a tape 1 made of an fA nonwoven fabric, and a separator 3 is provided on the back surface to prevent the tapes from adhering to each other. Instead of the coating layer 2, the tape 1 may be impregnated with a thermosetting resin.

The wire harness W is arranged in a desired wiring shape on a harness manufacturing jig stand (not shown) in a known manner.
The tape T' is wrapped around the wire harness W where it is necessary to regulate the route or to be kept by a guard, while being peeled off from the separator 3, and the tape T' is bundled, and a clip 4 is wound thereon as necessary (FIG. 4).
