短絡する分流手段と、該分流手段の入力側に直列
接続された限流手段とよりなり、前記太陽電池を
構成する太陽電池素子群の一部を前記分流手段と
限流手段間に接続し、蓄電池の過充電時、前記限
流手段に太陽電池の一部の短絡電流のみが流れる
