Conventional connection wiring for gates is as shown in Figs.
As shown in the figure, an electric wire 5 was inserted into an electrically conductive pot 3 shaped like a pot. Therefore, it had to be installed coaxially with the fixed elbow pot 4. To construct the gate, first erect the pillar 1, and when the mortar on the side is completely dry, install the door 2 as a pivot. The torsion of the door 2 must be adjusted by mutually adjusting the dimensions and finely adjusting the fixed armrest 4 back and forth and left and right. Therefore, in addition to adjusting the fixed armrest 4, the electrically conductive armpit 3 had to be adjusted, making the adjustment work difficult and taking time.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. The door 2 is pivotally supported as shown in FIG. 3 via a fixed armrest 4 of the pillar 1, and as shown in FIG. A column-side electric wire 9 is installed inside the hollow part 6 through a conduit pipe 8 buried in the lower part of the column 1, and the end of the column-side electric wire 9 is placed inside the column-side protective cover 10. It is connected to the terminal 12 of the attached terminal block 11. A terminal block 11 having a plurality of terminals 12 arranged side by side is fixed to the back surface of the pillar-side protective cover 10, as shown in FIG. A terminal block 1 is installed on the back side of the pillar side protective cover 10.
A recessed groove 14 is formed extending from the terminal block 1 to the side end on the door 2 side, and the opening at the side end opposite to the terminal block 11 side of the recessed groove 14 serves as a connection port. An electric wire protection part 13 having a U-shaped cross section is integrally provided to protrude from the connection port of the pillar side protective cover 10 toward the door 2 side. That is, the electric wire protection part 13 having a U-shaped cross section protrudes toward the door 2 so as to continue in the longitudinal direction of the groove 14, and the depth direction of the groove 14 and the depth direction inside the electric wire protection part 13 having a C-shaped cross section. A part of the electric wire protection part 13 and the pillar-side protective cover 10 are integrated with each other in a positional relationship such that they are opposite to each other. Attachment holes 15 are formed in each corner of the pillar-side protective cover 10, and the mounting screws 31 are screwed into the mounting holes 16 so as to be able to detachably cover the pillar-side electric wire outlet 7 of the pillar 1. There is. With the pillar-side protective cover 10 attached to the pillar 1, the tip of the wire protection part 13 protrudes from the side surface of the door 2 of the pillar 1. A connecting wire 18 of a male connector 17 is connected to the terminal 12. The vertical stile 19 of one door 2 has a hollow hole (not shown) inside, and the lower end of the vertical stile 19 is cut out as shown in FIG. 4 to form a door-side electric wire outlet 20. . A screw hole 21 is bored around the door side electric wire outlet 20. A door-side electric wire 22 is installed in the hollow hole of the vertical stile 19, a bendable flexible electric wire 23 is connected to the end of the door-side electric wire 22, and a female connector 24 is connected to the end of the flexible electric wire 23. I'm wearing it. A door-side protective cover 25 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 is removably attached to the door-side electric wire outlet 20 in a small mounting hole 26 via a small screw 27. A flexible electric wire 2 is attached to the pillar side side of the door side protective cover 25.
A connection port 28 from which the 3 can be taken out is provided. The door side protective cover 25 is attached to the door side electric wire outlet 20 of the vertical stile 19.
When the wire protection portion 13 is attached to the wire protection portion 13, the connection port 28 and the opening at the tip of the wire protection portion 13 face each other. The female connector 24 of the flexible electric wire 23 taken out from the connection port 28 is connected to the male connector 17 connected to the terminal 12 of the pillar-side protective cover 10, and the flexible electric wire 23 is locked to the electric wire protection part 13 to connect the male connector 17 and the female connector. Connector 2
4 is pushed into the hollow part 6 of the pillar 1 for wiring. In this way, since the flexible electric wire 23 is inserted through the electric wire protection part 13 having a U-shaped cross section between the pillar 1 and the vertical stile 19 of the door 2, the flexible electric wire 23 can be hidden from view from one side, and The exposed portion of the flexible wire 23 can be reduced to protect the flexible wire 23. Further, the tip of the electric wire protection part 13 protrudes from the side surface of the column 1 on the door 2 side, and the tip is made to be as close to the vertical stile 19 as possible. It is made to protrude by a dimension that does not touch the tip of the protection part 13.

FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the pillar-side protective cover 10 and the wire protection part 13 are not integrated but are separate bodies. As shown in FIG. 6, the wire protection section 13 is integrally formed on the side of a wiring intermediate cover 30 which has a wiring outlet 29 in the center. In this way, the wire protection portion 13 and the pillar-side protective cover 10 may be integrated or separate. In addition, the electric wire protection part 13 does not protrude from the pillar side protection cover 10, and the electric wire protection part 13 does not protrude from the pillar side protection cover 10.
It is also possible to protrude from the hole 5.

As described above, the present invention connects the door-side electric wire installed in the door and the pillar-side electric wire installed in the pillar that pivots the door with a flexible electric wire that can be connected and separated at will.
Since the pole side electric wire outlet and the door side electric wire outlet are covered with a pillar side protective cover and a door side protective cover, respectively, wire the wires between the door and the pillar, and then connect the electric wires to the pillar side after the door is attached to the pillar. Constructed by connecting flexible wires that can be connected and separated via the wire outlet and the door side wire outlet, and blocking the pole side wire outlet and the door side wire outlet with the pillar side protective cover and door side protective cover, respectively. The installation work of pillars and doors, wiring work, etc. can be done separately, and the order of wiring work etc. is no longer restricted as in the past.
In addition to shortening the work schedule for electrical work,
Even a construction material shop that is not a specialist in electrical work can easily adjust the connection. In addition, a connection port is provided on the side of the pillar-side protective cover and the door-side protective cover, and a connection port is provided between the opposing connection ports. Since the electric wire protection section is arranged, the flexible electric wire can be passed between the pillar and the door without being exposed at the electric wire protection section, and the flexible electric wire can be made inconspicuous and has a good appearance. This prevents the flexible electric wire from being damaged.
