方形の空気吹出口２１を下部に有する空気チヤン
バー２２と、この空気チヤンバー２２内にその背
面より空気を吐出するように設置した送風機２３
と、前記方形の空気吹出口２１における後縁２４
から垂直下方に延びるように設置したバツクパネ
ル２５と、からなるクリーントンネル形成用のク
リーンブースユニツトにおいて、該空気吹出口２
２における前縁２６の下方に、開口を有する照明
灯ボツクス２７を取付け、この照明灯ボツクス２
７から送風機２３の吸込側空間に至る空気通路２
８を設け、且つ、空気チヤンバー２２内に、遮音
板２９を、空気チヤンバー２２への空気吐出口３
０よりも下方に水平方向に設置したこと、を特徴
とするクリーントンネル形成用のクリーンブース
