The conventionally known heat-insulating sash frame is a frame made of heat-insulating sash frame material in the shape of a quadrangular frame, and the outdoor-side member is made of metal such as aluminum, and the indoor-side member is made of synthetic material. For example, a device made of a material with excellent heat insulation properties such as resin, and having an indoor side member and an outdoor side member connected in the widthwise direction is known, for example, from Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 51-133115.

However, with this conventional structure, the insulation sash frame is an internal installation type that is attached to the inner circumferential surface of the frame for mounting the sash frame that forms the window opening. No special measures are required for rain protection, connection strength, and heat insulation performance of the connecting part with the outside member, but this is an external or semi-external type in which the insulating sash frame protrudes from the frame to which the sash frame is attached to the outdoor side. In this case, the connecting portion between the indoor side member and the outdoor side member is exposed to the outside, so special improvements are required in terms of rain protection and strength of the connecting portion.

The present invention has been devised in response to the related art, and its purpose is to provide insulation for a heat-insulating sash frame that is attached to a frame for mounting a sash frame that has an opening and protrudes outward from the frame. To provide a heat-insulating sash frame material which has both great frame strength and heat insulation effect, and has sufficient rain protection.

In addition, the connection part i on the outer circumference side of each frame a, b, c,
B and C are extension pieces 1 of the outdoor side members 10, 30, and 50.
1', 32', 51' as indoor side members 1, 20, 40
Since the connecting portions A, B, and C are located close to the frame D, the thickness of the exterior material E is approximately constant and the frames a, b, Even if the width of c becomes wider, the connecting parts A, B, and C on the outer side can be covered with the exterior material E, and rainwater, etc. does not infiltrate into the interior from the connecting parts A, B, and C, resulting in excellent watertightness. It becomes something.

In other words, if the structure is such that the indoor side member and the outdoor side member are simply abutted and connected, the connection part will be connected to the frame D.
The location will be more remote. For this reason, if the width of the frame is widened, the connecting part will be located quite far away from the main frame D, so if the thickness of the exterior material E is constant, the connecting part cannot be covered with the exterior material E, and rainwater etc. will get inside. Water will seep in and the watertightness will deteriorate.

In addition, to connect frames a, b, and c, each extension piece 1
1', 32', 51' are formed in an outwardly expanded state, and the indoor side members 1, 20, 40 and the outdoor side member 1 are formed.

1', 32', and 51' are caulked inward.

The extension piece covers and protects the fitting and locking part of the indoor member from the outside, and its tip penetrates further into the indoor side than the surface of the exterior material around the insulation sash frame. Since the caulking part around the sash frame enters the indoor side and is located, there is no risk that rainwater, etc. that runs down the exterior material will enter from the fitting and locking part of the indoor side member, and the connection part can be closed from the rain. Get better.

In addition, caulking material can be provided between the metal extension piece and the exterior material, and the caulking material around the insulation sash frame material can be the same as the conventional metal sash frame material, and synthetic resin sash frame material can be used. There is also the effect that there is no need to use a special frame.

In addition, since the fitting and locking parts of the indoor side member and the outdoor side member are offset toward the outdoor side from the center of the expected width of the insulating sash frame material, the expected width of the indoor side member is wider than the expected width of the outdoor side member. As the length of the insulation sash frame material increases, the area that can be covered by the indoor member made of materials with good insulation properties becomes large, so even if the insulation sash frame material used for the external type insulation sash frame material is used, it is necessary to obtain sufficient insulation effect. If you increase the area occupied by indoor side members made of synthetic resin etc. in external or semi-external type insulation sash frames, the frame material will inevitably become weaker due to its material quality. In addition to being reinforced by the pieces, it also protects the outer circumferential side of the indoor member from being directly exposed to the outdoors, and also protects and reinforces the connection and fixation by the fitting and locking portion of the indoor member. Therefore, sufficient frame strength can be guaranteed even though the area occupied by the indoor side member is large in the external type heat insulating sash frame.

Frame D for mounting the sash frame forming the opening
, a heat insulating sash frame material of a heat insulating sash frame which is attached to the outside of the building protruding from the body D, the heat insulating sash frame material having an indoor side member made of a material with good heat insulation properties such as synthetic resin, and mechanical strength. and an outdoor side member made of metal with excellent weather resistance, and the indoor side member and the outdoor side member are fitted together at a position offset toward the outdoor side from the center of the expected width of the insulating sash frame material. The outdoor side member has an extension piece on the outer peripheral side thereof that protrudes from the fitting and locking part toward the indoor side member side, and this extension piece is connected to the indoor side member. It is characterized by having a size and shape that overlaps with the outer circumferential side of the member and that its tip is positioned deeper into the interior than the outer surface of the exterior material E that is finished on the outside of the frame for attaching the sash frame. Insulated satsushi frame material.
