配設したダストの投入移送通路と、該通路中に配
設したダストの貯溜水切部及び脱臭機構と、上記
ダスト貯溜水切部に設けたダストのダストボツク
ス側への移送機構とを備えた流し台等の厨房器に
おいて、上記ダスト移送機構が、軸心を中心とし
て回転可能に軸装させたダストの回転移送板から
構成されると共に、上記ダスト貯溜水切部には上
記回転移送板の回転軌跡と略等しい水切板が設け
られていることを特徴とするダストボツクスを備
えた流し台等の厨房器。 (2) ダスト回転移送板の周辺縁部に弾性材を止
着一体化させることにより、該回転移送板と、ダ
ストの投入移送通路における内壁面及び水切板と
を夫々密接させて構成したことを特徴とする実用
