As a device for continuously dyeing a long length of fabric, a dye bath for immersing the fabric in the dye solution is formed small enough to allow the fabric to be immersed with a roller in the bath for dipping, and a predetermined lot is dyed. In order to reduce the amount of dye solution remaining at the end of dyeing, the dye solution tank is formed to be able to swing up and down relative to rollers in the tank whose position remains unchanged;
It is known to operate a pair of left and right air cylinders that support the dye bath when the dyeing of a predetermined lot is finished, thereby tilting the dye bath downward and discharging the remaining dye bath. There is.

However, the conventional fabric dyeing apparatus described above is
This is because the dye bath swings up and down between a horizontal position for immersing the fabric in the dye liquid and a steeply inclined position where the entire amount of the remaining dye liquid can be discharged. , When cleaning the dye bath, rollers in the dipping tank, squeezing rollers, etc. after the dyeing of a given lot has been completed and the remaining dye liquid has been discharged as described above, return the dye bath to the horizontal position. Washing water is sprayed from above the squeezing roller, and after this washing water has accumulated in the dye tank to a predetermined level, the supply of the washing water is stopped, and the dye tank is tilted again to drain the washing water. Therefore, the corners of the dye vat,
The dye liquid adhering to the shafts and bearings of the rollers in the tank was left as is, and then a dye liquid of a different color was supplied〓〓〓〓〓
When this happens, the old dye solution mixes with the new dye solution, contaminating the fabric, and in order to prevent this, the amount of washing water used decreases if the dye solution tank is shaken up and down and the washing water is repeatedly supplied. The drawback was that it increased significantly.
When the above-mentioned cleaning is completed, the guiding fabric of the next lot is passed through the rollers in the tank, the dye bath is returned to a horizontal position, and the dye bath of the next lot is supplied to this dye bath. When the dye liquor tank is in a horizontal position, the rollers in the tank are located near the bottom of the dye liquor tank, so when threading the guiding cloth and supplying the dye liquor are carried out at the same time, the guiding cloth does not reach the dye liquor. While the amount of dye liquid that is impregnated into the conductive cloth and wasted is wasted,
When the dye solution was supplied after passing through the guide cloth, the standstill time became longer and the operating rate decreased.

The dye bath 1 is connected to a horizontal shaft 4 rotatably supported by a bracket 3 via a pair of left and right arms 2 fixed to its side plate and extending forward (to the left in the figure). It is designed to be able to swing up and down using a horizontal shaft 4 as a fulcrum. Horizontal axis 4 above
A pair of left and right levers 5 are fixed outside the arm 2, and the tips of the levers 5 are connected to the tips of the piston rods 7a of the sub-fluid cylinders 7 constituting the lifting device 6. The above lifting device 6
The sub-fluid cylinder 7 and the main fluid cylinder 8 having a larger stroke are connected in series on a common axis and in opposite directions, and the piston rod 8a projects downward from the main fluid cylinder 8. The tip of the dye tank 1 is connected to a frame (not shown) by a bracket 9, and when both the piston rod 8a of the main fluid cylinder 8 and the piston rod 7a of the auxiliary fluid cylinder 7 protrude, the dye bath 1 is horizontal. When the piston rod 8a of the main fluid cylinder 8 protrudes and the piston rod 7a of the auxiliary fluid cylinder 7 is retracted, most of the dye liquor or washing water in the dye liquor tank 1 does not flow out and the dye liquor is fixed in position. The dye liquor tank 1 is fixed at a gently inclined position B such that it remains in the tank 1, and when both piston rods 7a and 8a are retracted, the entire amount of dye liquor or washing water in the dye liquor tank 1 is discharged. In the above structure, the dye liquor is supplied from the dye liquor supply pipe 20 with the dye liquor tank 1 fixed at the horizontal position A, and the fabric F is guided while controlling the dye liquor level in the dye liquor tank 1 to be constant. From the roller 16 to the lower tank roller 15, the upper tank roller 14, and the expander 17
〓〓〓〓〓
Then, the fabric F is sequentially guided to the nip portion of the squeezing rollers 18 and 19 to impregnate the dye liquid to a constant squeezing rate, and then sent to the drying process. When the dyeing of a predetermined lot of fabric F is completed and the color is to be changed, the piston rod of the secondary fluid cylinder 7 is 7a and the piston rod 8a of the main fluid cylinder 8 are both retracted to lower the dye liquor tank 1 from the horizontal position A to the steeply inclined position C, thereby draining the dye liquor in the dye liquor tank 1. Next, the dye liquor tank 1 is returned to the horizontal position A, and the dye liquor supply pipe 20 and the shower pipe 2 are
Washing water is supplied to the dye liquor tank 1 through the dye liquor supply pipe 20, and at the same time, the interior thereof is washed with water flowing through the dye liquor supply pipe 20, so that the washing water reaches a predetermined level in the dye liquor tank 1. When this happens, the supply of washing water is stopped, and then compressed air is alternately sent to the upper and lower parts of the secondary fluid cylinder 7 several times by operating the electromagnetic switching valve 13 for the secondary fluid cylinder 7 to level the dye tank 1. When the washing water in the dye bath 1 is oscillated several times between the position A and the gently inclined position B,
5, the washing water is strongly stirred, and this washing water moves violently up and down and left and right, causing damage to the corners of the dye bath 1, the surfaces of the rollers 14 and 15 in the tank, the shaft, the bearing, the bearing cover, etc. Dye liquid that has adhered to the surface and is difficult to remove can be removed cleanly. When washing is completed, the dye liquor tank 1 is lowered to a steeply inclined position C to drain the washing water inside, and then returned to a gentler inclined position B. Supply the next new dye solution to dye solution tank 1,
In the meantime, the next lot of fabric is guided to the upper guide roller 16, the lower tank roller 15, the upper tank roller 14, the expander roller 17, and the squeezing rollers 18, 19 to prepare for the next dyeing. At this time, the dye bath 1 is located at a gentle inclined position B,
Since the lower roller 15 in the tank is spaced upward from the dye liquid surface in the dye liquid tank 1, the guiding cloth is not immersed in the dye liquid and the dye liquid is not wasted, and moreover, the dye liquid is not being wasted while the dye liquid is being supplied. Since the guiding cloth is guided, the time required for color change is shortened.

In the embodiments described above, the mounting direction of the lever 5 or the lifting device 6 may be reversed. In addition, a control device including a timer is connected to the electromagnetic switching valves 12 and 13 to automatically and quickly swing the dye bath 1 up and down, thereby moving the washing water more vigorously, thereby increasing the time required for washing. As a result, the time required for color change can be further shortened. In addition, while a new dye liquor is being supplied to the dye liquor tank 1 at a gently inclined position B, the liquid level is detected and when the liquid level reaches a predetermined level, the dye liquor tank 1 is automatically moved to the horizontal position A. The fabric F can be run to start dyeing at the same time as this rise. Note that the pressure reducing valve 11 and the electromagnetic switching valves 12 and 13 may be provided in common on the left and right instead of being provided individually on the left and right, and the output air pipes 10 of the electromagnetic switching valves 12 and 13 may be branched to the left and right.

As explained above, the present invention allows the dye bath to be positioned at an inclined position with a gentle angle such that most of the liquid in the dye bath remains without flowing out. By swinging the dye bath up and down between the dye bath and the horizontal position and violently shaking the washing water in the dye bath, it is possible to easily wash off the adhering dye liquid from areas that were previously difficult to remove. I can do it.
Moreover, since the cleaning water stored in the dye tank is used to simultaneously clean both the internal corners of the dye tank and the shaft and bearing of the rollers in the tank, the amount of cleaning water used can be reduced. In addition, automation is easy because it only involves shaking the dye bath. Furthermore, when the dye bath is at a gentle slope, most of the liquid in the dye bath remains and the rollers in the bath move away from the surface of the liquid. By simultaneously supplying the next lot of dye liquor to the dye liquor tank while passing through the cloth, the time required for color change can be shortened, and the guiding fabric is not contaminated with the dye liquor.
