るクツシヨン層３と前記成形基材１の溶融温度よ
り高融点のフイルム４とラミネートしてなる積層
表皮材５をその裏面のフイルム４が前記成形基材
１の加熱成形時における表層の溶融樹脂により溶
着された状態で被覆一体化してあることを特徴と
