対し、他方のスクリユー溝1b部分のスクリユー
軸本体5bの軸心7を偏心させて成ることを特徴
とする押出成形機のスクリユー構造に係るもので

ろは、スクリユー軸本体の外周に外鍔を相対向し
て突設し、外鍔にて形成されたスクリユー溝のス
クリユー軸本体間の間隔が交互に広狭となるよう
に相隣接せる一方のスクリユー溝部分のスクリユ
ー軸本体の軸心に対し、他方のスクリユー溝部分
のスクリユー軸本体の軸心を偏心させてあるた
め、この2本のスクリユーを回転した時スクリユ
ーの回転運動に伴なう成形材料の層流混合に加え
て乱流混合、並びに剪断混練を助長すると共に成
形材料の相対的位置を交換せしめ、再配置して混
合、混練効果を極めて大きくすることができる押
出成形機のスクリユー機構を提供するにある。

におけるクリアランスが狭くなつたり(Aの位
置)、広くなつたり(Bの位置)し、スクリユー
Sの半回転ごとに成形材料の圧縮膨張が交互に繰
り返されるのである。従つて成形材料はAの位置
においては、両スクリユーS間で強い剪断歪を受
けて混練され、A,B,A,B…の繰り返し運動
によつて成形材料は複雑な位置交換を受けて充分
な混合を達成できるのである。

料の複雑な位置交換による混合と剪断混練を極め
て効果的に達成できる点にある。
