(Prior art) In general, a garbage vacuum transport device has a garbage storage and discharge device 3 installed under a dust chute 1 equipped with a garbage inlet 2 as shown in Fig. 4, and the garbage stored in the garbage storage and discharge device is sequentially removed. It is discharged into a transport pipe 4 and placed in a collection center 12. The built-up garbage is separated into garbage and air by a separator 5. The separated air passes through a dust removal device 8, a blower 9, a silencer 10, and a deodorization device 11 and is released into the atmosphere.

Then, the garbage is discharged from the storage and discharge device. The discharged waste passes through the hopper 15 and enters the transport pipe 4 through the discharge port 16. The garbage that has entered the transport pipe 4 is removed from the intake port 17 and the intake valve 1.
The air is transported by the sucked air through the hopper 8 and the air sucked from the hopper 15 .

In addition, various equipment at the collection center, such as directly discharging waste into the incinerator without installing a waste compactor 6 or a container 7, may be installed as appropriate depending on construction conditions, waste quality, etc. Conventionally, this device was not used for kitchen waste because it had a high specific gravity and could not be transported because it adhered to the inside of the transport pipe 4 and was disposed of separately. Furthermore, in areas including restaurants, a large amount of kitchen waste is generated and the kitchen waste cannot be transported, which has been a problem with the introduction of this device.

(Means for solving the problem) Therefore, the present invention provides a garbage storage and discharge device at the garbage input port, connects the discharge port of the storage and discharge device to a transport pipe, and collects the end of the transport pipe. In the waste vacuum transport device connected to the center blower, a deodorizing blower is installed that operates separately when the blower installed in the collection center is not operating, and this blower sucks the air in the waste storage and discharge device and provides ventilation. At the same time, the structure is to mix and stir the kitchen waste and paper waste thrown into the waste storage and discharge device, and this is used as a means to solve the problem.

(Function) A deodorizing blower is installed in the collection center separately from the garbage collection blower, and the deodorizing blower is connected to the pumping pipe, and when the garbage collection blower is stopped, that is, garbage collection is stopped. By operating the deodorizing blower and circulating air through the garbage storage and discharge device when the garbage storage and discharge device is in use, water is removed and dried from kitchen waste, especially those containing a large amount of liquid. Mix and stir with other paper waste.

Figure 2 shows a waste storage and discharge device corresponding to Figure 5, with main body 3
An exhaust pipe 20 extends from a proper place to draw in air, and a valve 21 for opening and closing the pipe is provided in the middle of the exhaust pipe 20, and an inflow air port 22 for flowing air into the main body 3 through the valve 21 is a transport pipe. 4 is provided. The valve 21 is opened while the garbage collection blower is activated, that is, during garbage collection, and is automatically opened and closed when garbage transportation is finished. Note that this valve 21 may be designed to be opened and closed manually.

FIG. 3 shows an example in which the present invention is applied to a rotary drum type garbage storage and discharge device. In this case, since the main body 3 rotates, the locations where the piping connections can be installed are limited. In addition, the discharge lid 13
Since dirt moves and gets packed on the side as the drum rotates, it is inappropriate to use this as an intake port because it will easily become clogged with dirt. Furthermore, in order to enhance the ventilation and drying effects, it is preferable to provide an intake port and an exhaust port separately on the discharge port side and the input port side of the rotary drum, respectively, so that air can flow inside the rotary drum.

FIG. 3 shows a rotary drum type garbage storage and discharge device created in consideration of the above points, and the discharge i13 rotates together with the rotary drum main body 3. Reference numeral 23 denotes a support portion that rotatably supports the discharge lid 13. A support member 24 connects the support portion 23 and another support member 25, and rotates around the support member 25 to open and close the discharge M13. The support material 25 of the pond is the support column 2
6 is rotatably supported. The discharge i13 is opened and closed by an electric cylinder, an air cylinder, or the like. Further, the support portion 23 and the support members 24 and 25 are provided with an airway that communicates with the inside of the rotating drum body 3, and the end of the support member 25 is provided with an intake valve 2.
7 and an intake port 28 are provided. Air flowing in from the intake port 28 enters the drum through the intake valve 27, the support members 25, 24, and the support portion 23, absorbs moisture within the drum, and then passes through the exhaust pipe 20 provided on the input port side. At this time, the dust collection blower 9 is not operated, and therefore no dust is collected. However, the garbage storage and discharge device 3 continues to rotate in order to stir the garbage inside. The intake port 28 and the intake valve 27 may be provided directly on the support portion 23 without using the support material 24 or 25, or may be attached to the support material 24 or 25. Instead of one, a plurality of them may be provided. Reference numeral 29 is an inlet for small-sized waste such as paper waste and kitchen waste, and 30 is an inlet with a crusher for injecting large-sized waste such as wooden frames and boxes.

Experiments have shown that kitchen waste has a relatively fast drying speed, and can be transported using a waste vacuum transport device once it has been dried to a certain extent. Also, when kitchen waste contains a large amount of paper waste, it is better to mix and stir it together. It was found that transport efficiency was improved.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above in detail, the present invention installs a deodorizing blower in parallel with the garbage collection blower in the garbage collection center of a conventional garbage vacuum transport device, and furthermore, injects air into the garbage storage and discharge device main body. By providing an inlet and an outlet and connecting the outlet to a transport pipe, the deodorizing blower is normally operated outside of garbage collection to forcefully ventilate the inside of the garbage storage and discharge device, thereby removing kitchen waste, etc. This method speeds up drying, mixes and stirs kitchen waste and paper waste, and removes the liquid content of kitchen waste, which was conventionally considered difficult to transport by vacuum, making vacuum transport possible. Therefore, it is now possible to introduce this device into areas that generate a large amount of kitchen waste, which was previously considered possible.
