Next, the operation of the apparatus shown in FIG. 7 will be explained. Food waste (3) thrown into the processing container (4) from the input port (5)
) is heated by microwaves generated by the magnetron (2), and the water contained in the garbage (3) evaporates. This evaporated moisture fills the processing chamber (9) as a gas, but by rotating the ventilation fan (12), the ventilation hole (10)
It is discharged from the discharge hole (11) together with the outside air that has been taken in. The processing container (4) is connected to a turntable (7) connected to a rotating shaft (7) by rotating a drive motor (6).
8) It rotates gently on top to ensure even heating. By continuing this kind of work for several tens of minutes to several hours, the moisture content of the garbage (3) in the processing container (4) decreases, and the garbage (3) becomes dry. The weight also decreases to about 1/10 of the initial weight. After drying the food waste (3) in this way, the processing container (4) is taken out from the processing room (9), and the dried waste is transferred to a container such as Boribagetsu for disposal. .

Next, the operation will be explained. The food waste (3) input into the processing container (4) from the input port (5) is deposited in the processing container (4), is gently rotated on the turntable (8), and then is removed from the magnetron (2). It is heated by the generated microwaves. The water contained in the heated garbage (3) evaporates, and the processing chamber (9) is filled with gas containing water vapor, but this gas is mixed with the outside air sucked in through the ventilation hole (10). Exhaust hole (11) by ventilation fan (12)
is discharged from the heating tube (14). By continuing this kind of work for several tens of minutes to several hours, the moisture content of the garbage (3) in the processing container (4) will decrease, and the garbage (3) will become dry. As a result, the weight is reduced to about 1/10 of the initial weight. During this time, garbage will be generated from the garbage (3) and will be included in the gas, but it will be sucked into the heating cylinder (14) together with water vapor by the ventilation fan (12), and the gas will be absorbed into the heating cylinder (14). It is heated and burned by a heater (15) and thermally decomposed. Then, it is further oxidized by passing through the catalyst (16), and the malodorous components are turned into odorless substances such as water and carbon dioxide gas and released to the outside. Therefore, the unpleasant odor generated when food waste is heated and dried will not be released outside the case.

In the embodiments shown in Figs. 5 and 6, in order to facilitate the processing of large amounts of waste even if there are restrictions on the size of the processing container, the processed waste that has been heated and dried is automatically transferred to a large storage container. This is an embodiment in which the food waste (3) is heated and the motor (27) is automatically rotated when the heat drying of the food waste (3) is completed.
This rotation is transmitted from the pinion (23) to the rack (22), and the bottom cover (21) moves to the left in FIG. 6(A).
The pit (28) will open and you will be in the state shown in Figure (C). In this state, the heat-dried waste in the processing container (4) falls into the storage container (25) and accumulates as processing waste (26). On the other hand, the waste after heating and drying is placed in the processing container (4).
When it falls, the motor (27) rotates in the opposite direction,
bottom! (21) is automatically moved to the original position and the pitfall (2
8) Close. When this operation is repeated and the storage container (25) is full of waste (26) after heating and drying a large amount of garbage, the storage container (25) is opened from inside the case (1). , and dispose of the treated waste (26).
