Claims (1)
- 反応管の一端と被処理物入、出用扉の間に設け
られ円筒状でその長さ方向に複数の噴出孔を有す
るガス導入部を、被処理物の加工方式によつて前
記反応管内に設けられる管内の構造および寸法に
関係なくその内径をガス噴出孔出口の突出部を除
き前記反応管の内径に等しくした一定の構造のも
のとし、前記ガス噴出孔には反応管および内管に
ガスを導入するための種々な寸法のノズルの一端
を該ガス噴出孔に挿入したものをガス導入部に固
着する円筒状インナリングをその外径を該ガス噴
出孔部の反応管内径（ＡまたはＲａ）に合わせて
設けたことを特徴とする減圧ＣＶＤ装置。
