止器20bは除霜ヒータ21bの風下側に配設されてい

却器全体の温度上昇が従来に比べて低くなるので、冷却
器11の温度をT、まで下げることが短時間で行われる
。第5図に示される冷却器下部温度T、から上部温度T
2間の従来必要としていた熱量が不要となるので、商品
の温度上昇は従来の温度上昇より小さくなる。したがっ
て商品の鮮度は長期的に保たれる。

却器を元の保冷温度に戻すことができるとともに、商品
の温度上昇を低く押さえることができる。
