[Prior Art] A conventional show case used for displaying and selling meat has a cooling coil installed on the top plate of the case in order to cool the inside of the case by natural convection of cold air.

However, since the front panel of a show case is usually tilted rearward and upward so that exhibits can be clearly seen, the top panel is narrower than the bottom panel in the front and back direction of the case, and this narrow top panel is narrower than the bottom panel in the front and back direction of the case. The cooling coil installed on the board had to be made smaller in order not to reduce the volume of the exhibition room.

Therefore, in order to maintain the temperature inside the exhibition room at a predetermined temperature using this small cooling coil, it is necessary to lower the temperature of the cooling coil by flowing a large amount of refrigerant through the cooling coil. As a result of removing excess water by cooling coils, the exhibition room became dry and the freshness of the meat inside the case quickly deteriorated.

However, in the conventional storage case mentioned above, the air cooled in the cooling room is blown upward along the door inside the storage room, so unless the cold air that has become heavier due to cooling is blown up strongly, it will reach the upper part of the storage room. Moreover, since the air is drawn from the storage room into the cooling room through a suction port installed at the bottom of the storage room, the air taken into the cooling room is replaced by warm air that has risen inside the storage room. Instead, it is heavy cold air that accumulates in the lower part of the storage compartment, and as a result, the cold air circulates only in the lower part of the storage compartment. Therefore, in order to effectively cool the entire storage room including the upper part, it is necessary to suck in the air inside the storage room with a strong force and blow it out again, but even if this improves the circulation of cold air, This air current causes various problems such as drying out of the meat in the storage room.

That is, in general, a thin laminar boundary film is formed on the surface of an object in a moving fluid, and within this boundary film there is no velocity component or turbulence perpendicular to the flow, so heat is transferred by thermal conduction, and substances It will move by molecular expansion. However, the strong air flow destroys this barrier film, so that even if heat conduction or cooling is effective, the freshness of the food will be significantly reduced due to moisture dissipation. Moreover, the membrane on the inner surface of the front glass plate of the show case is similarly destroyed, and cooling of the glass plate promotes dew condensation on its outer surface, and moreover, the cold air is wasted.

Furthermore, it is effective to use only the air warmed inside the case as the air to be cooled in the cooler, but if the air inside the case is stirred by the strong airflow mentioned above, efficient cooling cannot be achieved. become unable to do so.

As a result, it is important to cool the case without moving the air as much as possible, and this problem also needs to be solved when a cooler is disposed below the storage chamber.

In addition, in this type of case, when the door is opened, warm outside air flows into the storage chamber through the upper part of the opening, but in the case of the conventional case mentioned above, the air inlet into the cooling chamber is located at the front of the storage room. Because it is installed at the bottom of the opening, the outside air that flows in from the top of the opening flows forward through the storage chamber and then descends while being diffused, and some of it is sucked into the cooling chamber from the suction port, but most of the outside air flows into the room. It diffuses throughout the body and serves to expel cold air to the outside. For this reason, there was a drawback that the cooling function suddenly decreased when the door was opened.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] The technical problem of the invention is that by installing a large cooling coil in a large space under the bottom plate as a cooling chamber, storage can be achieved without excessively lowering the temperature of the cooling coil. In order to have a cooling capacity that can maintain the room at the desired temperature and to reduce the amount of moisture removed by the cooling coil, the air inside the case should be kept as static as possible to prevent the destruction of the film in each part, and the temperature inside the case should be reduced. To prevent foods such as meat from drying out and at the same time to provide effective cooling, and to prevent the cooling function from being impaired by outside air flowing into the storage room when the door is opened. be.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention forms an exhibition room by a top plate, a bottom plate, left and right side plates, a front plate, and a rear plate provided with a window fitted with a door. In the display case, a wide cooling chamber is formed under the bottom plate, spanning almost the entire width of the bottom plate, and the cooling chamber has enough cooling capacity to maintain the exhibition room at a desired temperature without excessively lowering the coil temperature. A large-capacity cooling coil is installed at the rear of the bottom of the top plate.
An air outlet duct with multiple air outlets facing downward is installed at the front of the lower surface of the top plate, and a suction duct with multiple air inlets facing forward is placed parallel to the front and rear panels. Each of these ducts is connected to the cooling chamber through a vertical duct installed along the rear panel, and one of the ducts is provided with a fan for circulating cold air. be.

[Function] Cold air is cooled to an appropriate temperature by a large-volume cooling coil installed in a large cooling room, and then flows downward into the exhibition room from the rear upper part of the exhibition room through a blow-out duct by a cold air circulation fan installed in the duct. do. In addition, the air that cools the exhibition room and warms up is sucked in through a suction port that opens at the front upper part of the exhibition room, and is returned to the cooling room through the suction duct. Therefore, the air in the exhibition room naturally convects due to its own weight, and there is no need to generate strong air currents using fans.

In addition, the cold air outlet opens downward at the rear of the exhibition room, and the warm air inlet opens forward at the front of the exhibition room, so that the air flowing out from the outlet and the air being sucked in from the inlet are separated. Furthermore, when the sliding door is opened, the warm outside air that flows into the exhibition room from the top of the window is immediately sucked into the suction duct from the suction port at the top of the exhibition room, and does not diffuse to the bottom of the exhibition room. It is difficult for cold air to flow out due to the inflow of water.

Here, the cold air outlet 14 opens downward into a blowout duct 15 located at the rear of the exhibition room 7, and the warm air intake port 16 opens forward into a suction duct 17 located at the front of the exhibition room 7. Therefore, the air flowing out from the blow-off port 14 and the air sucked into the suction port 16 do not interfere with each other, and therefore, turbulence due to interference is less likely to occur.

[Effects of the invention] In this invention, a large space under the bottom plate is used as a cooling chamber, and by installing a large cooling coil in this cooling chamber, the temperature of the exhibition room can be improved without excessively lowering the temperature of the cooling coil. In addition, the cold air cooled to an appropriate temperature by the above cooling coil flows into the exhibition room from the rear upper part of the exhibition room through the blow-off duct, and the warmed air that rises inside the exhibition room is sucked in from the air inlet at the top of the exhibition room. Since the air in the exhibition room naturally convects due to its own weight, there is no need to generate strong air currents using fans. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the destruction of the film formed on the surface of food such as meat in the exhibition room, the inner surface of the front panel made of glass, etc., without moving the air inside the case as much as possible.
