換を行つていくため、貯蔵室2上方にある食品
と、貯蔵室2下方にある食品との温度差が大きく
なる(3〜6deg)という問題点があつた。

空気と下方空気の温度差が小さくなり、結果とし
て食品の温度差が小さくなる。

で、従来と同様の食品の乾燥で維持できるもので
ある。
