は第１弁部、２ａはバイパス弁、３は第１接続手
段、４は温水タンク、５は温水熱交換器、１０は
湯温検知器、１２は第３弁部、１３は第１絞り装
置、１４は第２接続手段、１５は補助熱交換器、
１７は第３接続手段、１８は受液器、１９は第１
バイパス管、２０は第２バイパス管、２１は第４
弁部、２３は低圧スイツチ、２４は第５弁部、２
５は第３バイパス管、２６は第４接続手段、２７
は製氷用蒸発器、２８は第２絞り装置、２９は貯
氷庫、３０は貯氷検知器である。

イツチ２３と、前記圧縮機１と前記補助熱交換器
１５間を直接接続するための第１バイパス管１９
と、前記温水熱交換器５と前記受液器１８間を直
接接続し第４弁部２１を有する第２バイパス管２
０と、前記受液器１８と前記圧縮機１間を直接接
続し第５弁部２４を有する第３バイパス管２５と
、前記受液器１８と前記圧縮機１間に接続され絞
り装置２８を直列に有する製氷用蒸発器２７とを
備え、前記第１、第２バイパス管１９，２０を閉
路、前記第３バイパス管２５を開路とすることに
より温水運転を行い、前記第１、第３バイパス管
１９，２５を閉路、前記第２バイパス管２０を開
路とすることにより製氷温水運転を行い、前記第
２、第３バイパス管２０，２５を閉路、前記第１
バイパス管１９を開路として製氷運転を行うと共
に、温水運転への切換時、前記低圧スイツチ２３
により低圧状態を検知した後、この検出信号によ
つて前記第５弁部２４を開状態とし、前記圧縮機
１に低圧冷媒が戻されるように構成したことを特
