Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一部に貫通孔を有する合成樹脂部材を固定
型と可動型とによつて成形する射出成形金型にお
いて、前記固定型と可動型にそれぞれ設けられた
前記貫通孔成形用のピンのパーテイング面を、該
貫通孔の軸方向のほぼ中間部に設け、該ピンをテ
ーパ状に形成するとともに、前記固定型のピンの
根元部の周囲に凹部を形成したことを特徴とする
射出成形金型。 (2) 前記固定型と可動型にそれぞれ設けられた
前記貫通孔成形用のピンのパーテイング面におけ
る端面の面積に差を設けたことを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の射出成形金型。
