該熱電変換素子1の上下両面を導電板2で連結す
るとともに、該導電板2の上下面を保護板3,4
で挾んで構成した熱電変換素子ユニツトを所定の
間隔を置いて複数配置して、その上下面の上部を
受熱板6、下部を冷却板5で挾むようにして形成
し、上記受熱板6の下面あるいは冷却板5の上面
の少くとも一方に熱変形吸収材7を配設したこと
