出口側に連通すると共に弁座部を介して第１の弁
室側に連通する第２の弁室と、上記弁座部に対し
て相対的に動作し所定ストローク範囲では僅かな
開度を維持するように構成された弁体と、上記弁
体を支持する弁桿に連結したダイヤフラムと、上
記ダイヤフラムに圧力を作用させるため上記第２
の弁室に連通するダイヤフラム室と、上記ダイヤ
フラムを弾持する弾持手段と、上記弁桿に関連し
て、弁体の移動ストロークが所定ストローク範囲
を越える時、電気回路の切換えを行なう電気制御
