Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a bonding agent precisely from expansion to the effective diameter surface of the lens at the fixing of the lens on a mirror frame by forming recessed bonding agent collecting parts on the outer peripheral part of the lens to be held and/or on the inner peripheral surface of a lens storing part of the mirror frame. CONSTITUTION:The bonding agent collecting parts 10 for charging the bonding agent 5 for adhering and fixing the lens 1 on the mirror frame 2 are formed on the edge part 1a of the plastic-made lens 1 stored in the lens storing part 3 of the mirror frame 2 and positioned at its lens thrust direction (optical axis direction) by a lens holding part 4. The plural bonding agent collecting parts are formed on the positions equally distributed on the circumference of the outer peripheral part of the lens edge part 1a and it is preferable to form three or more collecting parts 3. Each collecting part 10 is formed like a recessed groove part from the outer peripheral surface of the edge part to the inside direction of the radial direction and the bottoms of the collecting parts 10 are formed through thin diaphragms 11.

Conventionally, as a structure for fixing and holding a lens to a lens frame via an adhesive, a structure as shown in FIG. 5, for example, has been adopted. That is, the lens holding structure shown in FIG. 5 is a lens holding structure in which the lens 1 is dropped into the lens storage part 3 of the lens frame 2, and the lens 1 is protruded from the inner peripheral surface of the lens frame 2 in the radial direction. The adhesive 5 is applied to the annular gap between the lens 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the lens storage portion 3 of the lens frame 2 using a syringe or a needle-shaped tip. The lens 1 is fixedly held on the lens frame 2 by filling and hardening it through a provided rod member 6.

In addition, in the above lens holding structure, an example was shown in which the adhesive 5 is filled after the lens 1 is stored in the lens storage part 3, but as shown in FIG. 6, the lens 1 is stored in the lens frame 2. A method of applying adhesive 5 (adhering) before applying the adhesive is also generally used. That is, in this method, the lens 1 is rotated about the optical axis 1, the adhesive 5 is applied to the outer peripheral surface of the lens 1 via the needle-like rod member 6, and then the lens 1 is attached to the lens frame 2. This is a means for storing the lens 1 in the storage part 3 and fixing it to the lens frame 2 by hardening the adhesive 5. In this holding structure, the lens 1 is fixed and held to the lens frame 2 in exactly the same manner as shown in FIG. It's Uruchino.

As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of adhesive reservoirs 10 are provided at positions equidistributed around the circumference on the outer periphery of the lens edge 1a, and it is preferable to provide three or more adhesive reservoirs 10. Desirably, each adhesive reservoir 10 is formed in a concave groove extending radially inward from the outer peripheral surface of the edge, as shown in FIG.
The bottom surface of the adhesive reservoir 10 is formed through the adhesive reservoir 10. The lower surface portion of the partition wall 11 (the side of the bonding surface with the lens holding portion 4) is also recessed in a concave groove 12 similar to the adhesive reservoir portion 10. Further, the surface side of the adhesive reservoir 10 that is in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the lens housing section 3 is connected to the adhesive reservoir 10.
It has an opening so that the lens 1 can be adhesively fixed to the lens frame 2 via an adhesive 5 filled in the opening.

According to the above configuration, the partition wall 1 is provided on the outer circumference of the edge 1a of the lens 1.
1 and a concave groove, the lens 1 can be adhesively fixed to the lens frame 2, and the adhesive 5 can be reliably prevented from protruding toward the lens body of the lens 1. This is Shiuruchino. As a result, it is possible to improve the quality and reliability of the lens system, and since there is no need to remove adhesive, the number of assembly steps can be reduced. Further, since the adhesive can be separated from the lens surface and the thickness of the adhesive layer can be ensured, a lens system with less distortion can be provided.
