Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は医療用カテーテルを人体表面に於て固
定する装置に関するものである。カテーテルを人
体内へ穿刺し長期に渡つて留置させる場合には、
そのカテーテルを何らかの方法、たとえば、接着
テープ又は包帯等で固定して、患者が動いた場合
やカテーテルの内部圧が高い時等に抜けたりしな
い様にしている。これらの場合は、カテーテルを
中間に於て交換をしなければならない時には、そ
の固定した接着テープや包帯をも解かなければな
らない不便な点がある。そこで本考案は、かかる
様な固定し直しをさせないでカテーテルを中途で
交換しやすいカテーテルの固定装置を提供するも
のである。次に本考案を一実施例の図面によつて
詳細に説明をする。第1図〜第3図は本考案の一
実施例を示す外観形状図である。基本的には、縦
方向に切り割1を筒体2に設けて、この筒体2を
平板状の安定板3に設けて、この筒体2管路4を
安定板3の切欠部5の頂点6に連絡させて、安定
板3には固定用穴7を設けて且つ可撓性合成樹脂
で一体成形を成してこれらを合成してカテーテル
の固定板を構成している。第1図は、安定板3
を延長して二つ折りの形状3aにして噛み合い調
節固定部8を設けて、図の様に角度θを可変し固
定する様にしたものである。第2図は、安定板3
に貫通孔3bを設けて、これに貫通しかみ合い固
定する調節固定部8aを設けて図の様に角度θを
可変し固定する様にしたものである。第3図は、
安定板3にネジ欠3cを設けて、これにネジ螺合
する調節固定部8bを設けて図の様に角度θを可
変し固定するようにしたものである。第4図は、
カテーテルの固定板の使用態様を示した側面断
面図である。固定板の筒体2にカテーテル9,
9′を通し人体10内へ刺通し留置される。安定
は接着テープ又は包帯等11で人体10に固
定される。中間に於てカテーテル9を新しいカテ
ーテル9′に交換する場合は、安定板及び接着
テープ又は包帯等11を解き取り除くことはせ
ず、筒体2の切り割1を開きカテーテル9を除き
切欠部5下穿刺口からカテーテル9を抜き取り除
くことが出来る。次に交換する新しいカテーテル
9′を該切り割り1を開いてカテーテル9′を通し
再びその穿刺口から人体10内へ刺通することが
出来る。切欠部5は、カテーテル9′を刺通しや
すい様に構成し見やすい効果を有し且つ切り割り
1は前記した効果と共にカテーテル9,9′をし
めつけ固定することが出来る様にその管路4の内
径を使用するカテーテル9,9′の外径よりも小
さ目にして、固定する効果を得ている。以上の様
にして、本考案は固定板を取り除くことなく人
体10へ固定したままで、カテーテル9又は9′
を切り割り1を開いて自由に交換可能にしてその
カテーテルを固定して、中間でずれたりすること
なくそのカテーテルを安定させて使用出来る等の
特徴を有している。
