本考案は医療用カテーテルを人体表面において

置させる場合には、そのカテーテルを何らかの方

に高くなつた場合等において抜けない様にしてい
る。しかし中間において、そのカテーテルを別の
カテーテルに交換しなければならない時、そのカ
テーテルとその使用した固定部材を取り除いてそ
の別のカテーテルに交換をし再び固定し直す必要
があつた。そこで、本考案はかゝる様なカテーテ
ルの交換の都合、その固定をその都度やり直し固
定をする、の悪さを解消可能にしたカテーテル固
定板を提供する。次に本考案を一実施例の図面に

連絡させて筒体2の管路4と連通して且つ安定板
3に固着して設けて、安定板3には固定用穴7を
設けて、且つ合成樹脂等可撓性材質体で一体に成
形し組立構造体を成している。該構成を有したカ
テーテル固定板1において筒体2は安定板3に対

ーテル8の穿刺部位を合わせて安定板3をその穿
刺部位皮ふに密接させ接着テープまたは包帯10
で固定する。筒体2の傾斜角θはカテーテル8の
穿刺角に近似し切り割り1は、筒体2の管路4の
内径よりもカテーテル8の外径をやゝ太目にし
て、カテーテル8をはさみ固定をする。中間にお
いてカテーテル8を別のカテーテル8と交換する
場合には、切り割り1を開いてカテーテル8を抜
き取り除いて、別のカテーテル8を元の穿刺口へ
穿刺し安定板3の切欠部5を介して筒体2の切り
割り1を開いてカテーテル8を格納しはさみ固定

カテーテル8の交換作業は容易に可能となつた。
以上の様にして、本考案はその一実施例によれ
ば、カテーテルを別のカテーテルに交換させる場
合のその都度、カテーテルの固定をし直しする従
前の不便さを解消しカテーテル固定板1を固定し
たまゝの状態で該交換作業が可能、従前の作業の
わずらわしさを感ずることなく且つまたカテーテ
ルの固定を更に安定させ穿刺口への患者の動きに
伴う不必要な刺激を与えない等の特徴を有してい
